I have been a customer for over a decade Bob & Joann are the sweetest people. Bob can be a tad gruff when things get busy, so like any relationship, I know when keep things light. They are two of the honest and helpful people I know. As mentioned by others, their prices are reasonable, service is great, and work is done quickly. They also care for a fleet of delierovehicle,so I try to be as flexible as I can with scheduling. I would and have recommended AAR to a number of people.Services: Auto A/C recharge

Called and asked them for a quote to fix our car. The rude guy that answered the phone said, "I ain't got time to mess with it," and hung up. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Understand if they aren't able to work on it right now, but that answer is rude and horrible customer service. Do not recommend this place whatsoever, if I could give it 0 stars I would. Don't call and ask for information, they will tell you they don't have time and hang up.

I bought a blue 1998 F150 that I love 3 weeks ago and found out that sometimes the turn signals worked and sometimes they didn’t. I replaced the flasher, multi-function switch, and bulbs and that did nothing. I then took my truck to a shop that was NOT American Auto and twice they told me it was fixed and it wasn’t. The truck was in their shop 2 of the 3 weeks I owned it.I finally gave up on that other shop and brought the truck to American Auto Service and they traced the electrical system until they found the actual problem: a faulty wire. I could not be more grateful for them taking my problem seriously and finally giving me the ability to drive this truck.I don’t know any of them personally, I’m a real customer, but I can tell you that if you want your car or truck fixed the right way there is no better option than American Auto Services. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Thank you so much. I am a very happy customer.
