DON'T USE THIS LOCATION. Mice got into our unit, pooped everywhere, and destroyed several boxes of clothes.

We had a trailer malfunction from another location while driving through GA. We went to American Mini Storage to swap trailers. Michael went beyond our expectations helping us move all of our stuff from one trailer to the other. The trailer we got was extremely clean and in a great condition. We are so grateful Michael was willing to stay late and help us, so we could continue on our trip.

This is an excellent storage for me! Near Cobb Parkway and Chastain Road. The facility recently got a renovation and it looks great!

Four of nits were broken into including moment one called me to inform me they should be walking the premises before leaving to make sure all units are secured how long has it been that they were not doing there job. Also to find out they only have cameras in the front not the back were my unit was Mice drippings in the unit and found dead mice in my unit. They did not refund anything from my property being stolen I will not recommend this facility to anyone and very disappointed and dissatisfied with service.

This is absolutely the worst storage unit I have ever seen. Not only was there wasp nest in the unit but the ceiling of the unit split open and water leaked all over my belongings.I lost two televisions had water damage to a curio cabinet and my sofa was soaking wet. When I called to complain they said because I didn’t get their insurance they couldn’t help. They told me I didn’t need insurance if I had home owners .Why should my insurance company have to pay for their improperly maintain facility. When I told the guy that I would file a claim with my insurance company but will tell them to go after the storage unit to get their lose recouped. When the guy I was talking to said well that’s wwas told to tell you.When I asked who told him to tell me that he wouldn’t say.I asked for his bosses name and he refuse to tell me. He said I will give him your name and number. Not holding my breath on that one. Guy didn’t even have the guts to talk to me himself.
