Tamara was the rep that helped me, and she was awesome and fixed something that the phone service rep had been unable to fix. Very efficient and friendly and helpful. The whole staff in the store appear happy and helpful, and I will definitely keep going to them when I need help. Very refreshing customer service experience! Thank you!

I traded in a Iphone13 over a year ago and the phone was never credited towards my account. I have contacted this company numerous times even customer service and provided them with the serial number and no one can find the phone that I originally traded in from T Mobile. Horrible experience! Now I am paying for a new phone and doubled my expenses. Doesn’t seem like I am the only one who has had this trouble with trade ins at AT&T.

My family had by far the BEST experience today at this AT&T location. Amanda and the entire team were AMAZING! Amanda was very knowledgeable and helpful as we switched from another phone carrier and kept our phone numbers. Amanda provided us with exemplary customer service, and we are very grateful for all the assistance today. We are truly satisfied with our new phones and Amanda also encouraged us to get new Apple Watches! Thank you so much for a wonderful day, team!

I have been paying $350 a month for 3 lines, one I watch. I have called several times to my hometown AT&T about my high bill. Never once did they tell me I had an old plan. I live in Alabama and was visiting my son in Georgia. He needed a new phone, they immediately said that I was on a plan from 10 years ago. They said no wonder your bill is so high. Saved me $170 a month on a new plan. I was super happy!!

I had came into the store to help reactivate my sim card. During the outage, I had erased my esim from my 13 Pro Max by mistake because at the time I was unsure of the outage of the time and thought that was the issue. Once the outage was over, I tried reactivating my esim through the AT&T website to no luck. I got on the phone with customer service and the customer service person on the phone did not listen to me at all telling me that the reason I did not have service was not because of me deactivating my sim (I was looking at it as inactive) but due to the outage and that I needed to wait. Keep in mind this was around 3PM and the outage was definitely over as EVERYONE on my phone plan had service BUT me. This person on the phone REFUSED to help me activate my esim.Luckily, when I had went into the store, everyone there fully listened to me and helped me restore my esim and got me back online. They listened to me fully and got my phone back up and running! Absolutely amazing staff and store! If it were not for them my phone would STILL be on SOS!

****FRAUDULENT ALERT****Store: Kennesaw GASales Rep: JesseManager: AmandaIn July 2023, I went in store for a new phone. I still owed approx $400 on the phone I was replacing. The sales rep asked did you want to pay money now or not? Of course I asked if I could factor in any money owed into the monthly bill. We agreed no money would be owed at the time of purchasing except sales tax, and that my monthly bill would increase by $30-40, which is the price of the new phone minus the trade in. After about 3 months I noticed the autopay was about $90 more, so I inquired about the details. It turns out ATT opened an additional line for the new phone because I still owed money on the trade in phone. The new line according to the bill was about an extra 30 a month when you factor in all the fees associated. When I went in store to discuss this with the manager, she said we do this all the time, but have I known they were going to open an additional line I would have simply paid the old phone off and not open an additional line. So basically ATT will still get their money for the phones through monthly payments, but I paid for an unnecessary additional line. This was not explained to me at all in store, and no recourse or refund was offered by the store manager for the extra months of unnecessary service. I immediately paid any phones off and ended my relationship with ATT mobile. I hope anyone reading this, please look through all paperwork, contracts, terms and conditions as this was completely fraudulent on ATT’s part.

I cancelled my service with Xfinity due to bad customer service. I walked into AT & T store and was greeted right away and did not have to wait. I received EXCELLENT Customer Service! Harris offered me discounts and promotions they had available! He was so helpful along with the Supervisor!
