Ordered an item as advertised from their storefront online. Checked on the order 4 days later with other parts ordered and noticed the item ordered from this seller was missing. The order was cancelled. I received no notice of cancellation, nor explanation as to why. I had planned on using the part when I had taken time off from work. Had I known it was cancelled in time, I could have ordered the part from another seller and done the job when scheduled.

Auto Plus Auto Parts has issued me two refund checks for returned parts. Both bounced and were returned to me by Bank of America. Contacted Auto Plus on their website. Crickets... Caveat emptor!! I'd do business elsewhere.

I bought a faulty starter from them and had to return it. they replaced it with another one but then I had to pay over 250 for the labor I wouldn't have needed to pay if the first part worked as it should've and not needed to be replaced.
