Big Shout Out to Sales Manager Jeremy G. For helping me save $500 on a repair that wasn't even needed. His Expertise and Knowledge definitely came in clutch after doing a quick diagnostic and the error code for Slow Vacuum leak came up. Jeremy then proceeded to ask me if I had a fuel cap error on my dashboard recently and I responded YES!! Low and behold I needed to replace my Gas Cap and here's the kicker, I was actually missing my gas cap ALL Along!! Jeremy Awesome job man you deserve a raise!!! I'll be doing business strictly with you guys from here on out!!!

Bought a headlight on Saturday. Replaced it in the car on Saturday afternoon, it didn’t work. Came back Sunday morning to see if they could help troubleshoot what was the issue. The guy seemed to have no interest in attempting to solve my problem. Only reason I have two stars is because I swapped the bulb.

The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful. Today I came in as my battery was not acting right in my Lexus. Katherine helped me by using your testing equipment and confirming that my battery was faulty. We were able to swap it out under warranty and she even completed the swap out for me despite having brought all the necessary tools to complete the job myself. Once the install was completed we confirmed the cells on the new battery were okay and also confirmed my starter and alternator were operating appropriately. Her customer service was extraordinary.

If you go to this location avoid Jeremy. He’s the store manager and is rude and will lie to you even when he makes a mistake. I called customer support right after dealing with him because of how he lied and was rude. No customer service whatsoever

David and the guys at this Autozone are top notch and went above and beyond the call of duty when my wife and I needed them. They are very honest, don’t attempt to oversell, and provide fantastic customer service. Would recommend them any day!

I had a wonderful experience at this AutoZone this afternoon. I wish I had asked this gentleman who helped me with my coolant about what his name was, but I could tell he was very experienced and really cared about doing the right thing for others. He wasn’t sales-y or condescending, and I knew he was about the people and not the money. A very refreshing interaction that left me feeling optimistic and relaxed. I know right where I’m headed anytime I have a car-related question!

I went to the store not knowing what oil to put in my car, I asked one of the employees, James he recommended the exact oil that was listed on my oil cap. James was very knowledgeable and funny, he had every customer leaving with a smile on their face.

I came in for a dead battery that i had to jump to get there. Right away Todd had been outside and asked me if I needed any help. I told him about my dead battery and we went inside to pull up my account. He quickly found the warranty on my existing battery and asked if I wanted to keep the same battery or explore other options. Never did he push me to make any purchases for anything or make me feel like I should know something that I didn’t about my car. We chatted the whole time he replaced my battery and was overall extremely sweet and helpful.
The entire staff that I interacted with were all seemingly having an amazing day and were all very high energy and a pleasure to work with. Todd going above and beyond, though, made me feel very welcome at this store.
