Had an issue with enterprise so I drove down the road to Avis with Benson who hooked me up with a great deal and the right car! Amazing customer service by this guy I highly recommend!

This location in the last 1.5 years had turned it around. Nice cars, clean insides but now they are back at it. Not honoring reservations leaving you stranded for work. Literally walking up to the counter to be turned away. Claiming no cars but rows of cars in the lot.

Made a reservation weeks in advance, got a call the last minute of the day before I was meant to pick up the truck. There are no cars, no trucks, no nothing anywhere in Metro Atlanta. Had to call an office and talk to a robot to get it canceled, the guy at the store couldn't do it. When I asked him how they could accept reservations for vehicles they don't have he told me it's not his problem, someone else sets that up. Save your money, go to Hertz or Enterprise.

I reserved a Standard SUV for a long-term rental. When I arrived to pick up the car, there were no vehicles available at that location. I was told to drive myself to another nearby Avis branch to get a vehicle—which turned out to be a Kia Telluride. While I initially appreciated what seemed like an upgrade, the experience quickly went downhill.
About a month later, I was abruptly informed that the Telluride needed to be recalled, and I had to return it. However, Avis provided no paperwork, no explanation, and no indication that the vehicle actually went in for service. Instead, they replaced it with a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, which is a Compact SUV—a clear downgrade from what I reserved and paid for. No compensation, rate adjustment, or apology was offered.
Additionally, the Telluride had ongoing tire pressure issues throughout the rental. I had to reinflate the tires nearly every week, which was both inconvenient and concerning.
Overall, the process felt unprofessional and misleading—from having to pick up my own car due to their inventory issues, to the unexplained recall and downgrade. I expected more from a company like Avis, and I won’t be renting from them again.

Did a 5day rental from here to Nashville that worked great.
The gentleman at the counter was very friendly.
We got the intermediate car we reserved.
Friendliness, no waiting time, good car, easy return - perfect

Got a rental with my wife for a weekend getaway in South Carolina. The car was dirty, not washed and smelled like mold inside when we picked it up. They could've at least sprayed some air freshener. In addition, it was showing overdue for service by over 4000 miles after a few hours on the road. I was just hoping it didn't break down, leaving us stranded. Would not recommend this location. Next time, I'll be renting elsewhere.

Staff has always been very professional and great customer service for the last 7 years. I fo rent on a frequent basis and even when i encounter a challenging situation staff members like Jaylen have always resolved the issue promptly. Thank you guys for your great service.

We do not recommend this location. They just called at 4 pm today to tell me that “we’re sorry, we don’t have any vehicle for you”, when 4 months ago I booked a 12 passenger van for a one way trip to Miami. We leave to Miami in the morning. I even got the email to check in and add my credit card (glad that I didn’t). We now have to drive 2 of our vehicles, put gas in 2 vehicles and park 2 cars at the cruise port. I explained this and the associate and manager did not care and told me to call customer service myself to see if there is a van somewhere in Atlanta. They know that they are sold out for Spring Break. We will stick with Hertz and will never rent from Avis again.

We booked a one way car rental for a large SUV 6 months ago so we can drive down to our cruise in Florida with our children and fly back. We paid for flights, transfers, had everything good to go. 12 hours before we were supposed to pick up our rental, we get a call from Avis that “the car isn’t even on the lot.” So they just cancelled our reservation. Just like that. And now, of course, all other rental companies are totally booked. We are having to scramble the NIGHT BEFORE OUR CRUISE due to this disaster. How are they even allowed to do this?!? What kind of business model is this?! RENTER BEWARE!

My Boyfriend went online and rented a car. Upon calling only to find out no cars were available. However he was charged for the week on his credit card. Called customer service and kept being transferred from one person to another. A week later his money has yet to be returned. Disgraceful on how you operate and customer service is lacking. But don't worry your competitors more than made up for your inadequacy of your poor service.

Worst location ever! They do not clean or check cars upon return. Had a low tire which kept losing air, low on oil and it had a faulty seat belt alarm going off entire trip. Also gave me vehicle with half a tank of gas. Returned it slightly more than that and charged me $60 for not returning it full. I communicated all this to the agent, but he didn't care whatsoever. New location that is struggling to do the bare minimum. I rent very frequently for business. AVOID this location.

Employee more interested in his cell phone. They advertise cars online that are not on the lot at rates they won't honor. Horrible experience. 0 out 10, not recommended.
