This bank absolutely has no customer service whatsoever. Yes. Literally stood at the front door for 35 minutes.No one even offered to help me in the line didn't move.. Horrible horrible horrible.

I have not had the account open for more than one week. My main bank is USAA and I have a check for a car that I needed to deposit locally due to the amount. This bank tellers and the GM have made it impossible to deposit the check. He said he is doing an exception to deposit the check. Initially, he said the buyer needed to go into verify the his signature. So, I bothered the buyer and asked him to walk into the branch to get the signature verified. When the buyer showed up, the GM told him both he and I needed to go together to get his signature verified and so that he can endorse it in front of him. 1. the signature was verified once the check was issued by the original financial institution to the buyer otherwise he wouldn't have received the check. 2. The buyers signature can be verified by the bank and a note can be written on the check. How do I know this? The GM told me he was going to do this once the buyer went to the bank, however, today when the buyer showed up the GM changed his requirements and now wants both of us to be present. When we encounter issues like this, you have the right to report businesses to CFPB and the Attorney General. I'm also a marine veteran and we can use our senators to get assistance. If you can, bank elsewhere

If you are looking to open a home equity loan, go to another branch or even better, a different bank entirely. From the initial meeting, the home equity specialist Peggy Yousif was condescending and repeatedly talked about how she only worked with "high clientele". She rushed speaking with us, did not even bother to assist us with questions, and we recently discovered blatantly mislead us about our interest rate. Peggy Yousif insisted that our loan was a fixed interest rate of 4.4% and any amount withdrawn from the loan within 90 days would also qualify for the fixed 4.4% rate. At closing, we had another representative Tyler insist on the fixed 4.4% interest rate. On our last billing statement, our interest rate jumped to 9.8% (no late payments, etc) and when we spoke with a loan service representative, she said the notes in the system said the loan was a variable interest rate.

As much as I'd love to keep using BOA because of the proximity to my business, all 3 local branches are an absolute pain to visit. This location in particular closed their drive through and ever since then, they now only have one teller that will abandon their post whenever someone needs a specialist. They will then state, in front of a 10+ customer line, that "they must tend to the other customer because they are priority". Painfully long wait times every single time and no sense of urgency. Having BOA as my preferred bank for personal banking AND business will soon be changing because of the myriad of unpleasant experiences here. This is embarrassing for BOA and will undoubtedly affect not only BOA customers, but other Merrill Lynch preferred rewards members, too. Not good.

Today, October 24th a walked into the branch at 3:15pm. From three possible cashiers only one served their customers. Six customers were in front of me and I left the bank at 3:59pm. This happened to me over a span of several months every time, I visited the branch. Customer service has been deteriorate over the time. I am thinking of moving my bank account to another bank after being BoA customer for 17 years.

0 stars if I could. No employees. Long long lines. Every customer frustrated with the woman at counter sitting down- smarting off to customers- nails soo long she can't operate keyboard. Worst experience. Ever

I scheduled an appointment at 12:30 a week in advance. I sat and waited until 1:05 and still hadn’t been seen. I respected their time by being early for the appointment. I would wish they would do the same for me a respect my time.

I needed to update my banking information with my name change after getting married earlier this month. Anthony met with me and he was fantastic. You can tell that he takes great pride in his work. He helped me through the process and made the switch very effortless. Will definitely be coming back to him in the future!

The absolute best bank..I have been banking with them for quite some time now and I am very pleased ❤️ great customer service and friendly people. Treat you just like family. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends
