  I had a great experience with the gentleman working in the store on a busy Sunday. Despite being clearly slammed with customers, he took the time to kindly let me know he could replace the batteries in four of my watches and would call me when they were ready. True to his word, he called as promised. His professionalism, knowledge, and kind demeanor really stood out.

  Had a Key fog that needed a battery and battery plus change it on the spot. If you need batteries for any purpose, go to batteries plus in Kennesaw! Nicely done

  The only store I would get my batteries 🔋 from, autozone and all other parts stores sell off-brands that are not reliable for the same price or more and Batteries plus bulbs would install the battery for free that’s a no brainer for me. While you wait if your phone screen is cracked they can replace it too iPhones and Androids. I bought a couple of 5K Duracell LED bulbs in 2019 they still works. They cut and program car keys 🚗 🔑 and more.

  Went to this location today and a very nice and helpful young man named James helped me with my key fobs for my van. Very courteous service and he was very busy when I arrived but he took care of each customer quickly and they all left happy. I highly recomend this location to anyone in the market for batteries or light bulbs.

  The gentleman who helped me went out of his way to change my truck battery. It was made more difficult due to a connector getting stuck on the terminal. We both had to finagle it to get the old battery out of the truck. He was patient and helpful; the job was finally done. The main reason I’d recommend this location is due to their specific expertise in batteries/accessories and the associate’s willingness to help.

  Mister James helped me save like 15$ on a battery and also taught me a lil sumn about F1 And f2 Connectors ! He was actually a great guy and gave Good father vibes idk if he has kids but he was very Calm speaking slow to Anger looking guy and answered all my questions WITH thorough explanation and i love that ppl dont like to explain things. . He also put my speaker battery in for me so i didnt have to unscrew 10 screws. Great customer service.

  Good day . Brought an iPhone 11 to replace the battery. Paid 86 bucks. If there is a guarantee, why not correct my Faсе ID? But after replacing the battery, the Facе ID stopped working. When I came back, I was sent to the Apple service center. I paid for a replacement and the phone was broken. I do not recommend

  I ordered my batteries online, and they were ready to pick up within 30 minutes. The employee at the store was very polite and grabbed my order right away. A very easy purchase and process!

  They didn’t have the battery I needed, the selection seemed pretty slim actually. They did offer to use my wires and make the battery for me but that is not worth the time or effort and could also be a liability
