This is the worst Best Buy I've ever been to. I don't normally leave bad reviews but there were 5 people in line with me for 10+ minutes waiting to be checked out and at least 5 workers standing around that weren't preoccupied with any other customers. A girl in line had to leave to go ask for someone to check us out in order to receive any service.

0 stars if I could I ordered a package and it got sent back to this Best Buy then I was driving to go get the package and the system REFUNDED my package with my name on it.

They sold me a broken TV and missing parts. I spent hours picking it up and putting it together. They did not even come and take it out of my car for me. Very poor service. They did nothing to try and make it right.

I'm extremely pleased with the Best Buy experience provided by the supervisor Ryan Bosley! Despite my product being out of warranty, he went above and beyond to honor it. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable, and I'm grateful for their exceptional service. A well-deserved five-star review!

What a piece of crap!! I called Best Buy in Kennesaw Ga. To speak to someone about a TV sand bar. They transferred me to an a hole out of the USA. Told them I'll personally go to Best Buy. They tried to charge my credit card $375. My credit card contacted me to let me know it was fraud. I AM SO EFFIN PUSSED OFF. BEST BUY BETTER GET THEIR SHIT TOGETHER. thank God my credit card denied it!!!! WTF IS GOING ON!!!!!

I have worked in retail for over 20 years and I have been a Best Buy employee back in the 2000’s and it makes me cringe when I receive poor customer service or better yet no service at all. I was in a store looking for a new TV in your specialized area idk if they call it Magnolia area anymore but either way I went on looking for 6 minutes while this man in the image watched college football and took puffs of his vape. I did not get not even one single acknowledgement what so ever even though we locked eyes a few times. When has it even been acceptable to vape in your store as an employee. Please speak to this man about his lack of service, he may need to get promoted to customer.

Unfortunately customer service has gone downhill for Best Buy in general. Two days in a row they had very limited staff at the front. Yesterday afternoon didn’t have anybody at store pickup and today one person was taking care of store pickup, checkout and customer service. There was a long line by the time I left. Hate to say it but I can see why Amazon is so heavily used now. If I shop local I will go to Micro Center for generally prices and service. All other electronics I’ll buy online. Two stars because at least when I did get service both employees were very nice.

Went during the week day. Place wasn't crowded. Found help as we needed to buy a new oven. Found it online and ordered in store. The guy was nice that helped us. They had it in stock and it was delivered 2 days later. Delivery was smooth. Good experience.

Changed the whole store around since the last time I was there. Prices are no longer competitive. Seems to be going downhill. Used to be crowded every visit. But, I guess everyone else stopped coming like we did.

Best Buy is garbage in general. I went to 3 different ones, just today, looking for laptop Ram that says it was in stock in the app at each location. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it wasn’t in stock at any 3 of the locations. I especially loved the long wait times, at all 3, for someone to finally offer to help me find what I was looking for. And I was a huge fan of the person “helping” me at 2/3 of stores not knowing what they were talking about in the slightest. One person tried to sell me desktop memory. So avoid Best Buy at all cost.

The geek squad staff were very helpful. John helped us even though we did not have an appointment. He was able to help set up a warranty service for our son’s gaming laptop. Great service. Would recommend to anyone.

The worst experience when it comes to purchase and delivery. They outsource delivery to a team. They give you a 12 hour window. (Mine never came). You have zero recourse... when I called the helpline, they can't even get in touch with delivery team, I was told to reschedule. Next available appt and installation was 4 days later. No apology. No Phone call. No email. No text. The team just never showed up, had to go through all kinds of channels to reschedule or find out any info. They literally outsource their help center, so the agents in other countries are also powerless to do anything. They wouldn't even escalate. Canceled my order.
