The vacuums were turned off and the employee said it was corporate that made him turn them. The only reason I came was to use the vacuums. They wouldn't give me a free voucher or anything. They should have had this listed at the entrance so I wouldn't have spent my money. I'll never go back.

Big shoutout to Mark,Jaz,and Jose. The wash was great and the vacuum area is so clean with very strong vacuums! Mark also helped me with adding another car into the family plan and made it super easy and simple! Also a huge plus having music while vacuuming and cleaning! Great vibes all around!

What a great experience at Big Dan’s Car Wash!
It was my first time visiting, and I was so impressed — especially with the car wash prepping station! I’ve always wondered why more places don’t offer that, because let’s be honest, life gets busy and sometimes our cars need a little extra love. The gentleman at checkout was fantastic — super friendly, helpful, and had such a positive attitude. It really made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Big Dan’s to anyone looking for a top-notch wash and great service!

Awesome experience Mark and Connor are great Mark saw that not all the dark spots came off and advised me how to help in the future and got me right. I bring my other car here regularly. This is my work truck so it gets less attention and its white. Mark made sure I was good and even helped me pre wash I couldnt recommend them enough.
Also the vacuums are pretty good they suck well. 5 or 5 for sure
