Some of the employees in the finance branch of this company are either incompetent or purposefully misleading/lying.

Bought vehicle 10/6/24 through carmax finance. I paid it off in full on 10/9/24. After calling carmax finance 5x, it finally issued my title and sent it to me by fedex. I received my title on 1/23/25 via fedex.

Why can't I make payments using my bank card? Why do I have to use my ACH account info?
People carry cards on them and it's much more convenient
