If I could leave zero stars for this review I would. CarMax Auto Finance is absolutely awful to work with. Egregious.

This is an extremely rude finance company, my car is paid so far in advance that they’re being rude to me because I’m trying to pay it off in full early, I do not recommend processing alone with them. They have horrible customer service.
