There was this lady sitting on the left hand side once we entered. We greeted her well but she was rude from beginning to the end, my friend couldn’t stand it that she left to speak to the manager, this woman had the guts to ask me to leave the office because my friend was complaining to the manager and she couldn’t attend to me anymore. What an embarrassing moment it was. If there is a way to leave NO star, that’s what I would have done. Very unprofessional and rude of her.

Chase is a great bank, they are always very professional unlike Truist bank, they are so hard to deal with. I will be moving all my accounts to Chase on Monday morning. I will be leaving Suntrust/Truist after 21y yrs.

I was traveling, walked in only to find out this is a cashless bank? Had the worst customer service I've ever received in a Chase Bank. My transaction took 20 minutes. If this was my main branch I would pull all my accounts. Sorry to have disturbed the 3 tellers standing in the front chatting which was clear more important than I was.

Went here to open new business account and personal accounts and they didn't have time for me. Thanks for saving me time and aggravation. If you don't have have time to welcome new accounts, you won't have time to manage my accounts or my satisfaction.

4 of us sat and listened to the only rep make lots of small talk with his client for over 20 minutes.. . no greeting, nobody there. There was no sense of business.....

Went to open my business checking and savings account, as well as apply for a business credit card through Chase, and BRENDA was OUTSTANDING & the-most-HELPFUL in setting this up!

I went to this branch to see about opening a savings Acct and link it to my checking Acct. I waited for 15-minutes and no one helped us. 1-lady just sat there and typed on the computer. We turned around and walked out the door. Terrible customer service!!!!!

I have seen it all now. Went in to request Euros and after 5 minutes waiting, the banker told me this branch has gone cashless, so he was unable to help me. To be clear, I was not expecting the bank to have Euros in stock - any time I've requested currency in the past, there is always a couple of days waiting for the currency to be ordered. That was not possible. What exactly is the purpose of bank that cannot provide money?
