Took my 7 year old grandson and was impressed with the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. Everyone who worked there went out of their way to ensure my grandson had the best time. One of the employees, Hope, has the patience of a saint. She was very accommodating with children. Definitely an asset for Chuck E Cheese.

Didn't try the food, but the games were ok for a 6 year old granddaughter. Many games were too complicated for her, and a few I couldn't figure out. As a whole, she enjoyed herself!

We hosted my son's birthday party at Chuck E Cheese & wow, has it changed since I was a kid! It was so much fun for my son and his friends and our host was great. She was on top of everything and honestly I hardly had to lift a finger which was amazing. (+ no clean up!) It's very fast paced going from one thing to the next but very enjoyable. Worth every penny!

Jasmine was the person who hosted my grandson birthday party and she was AWESOME!!! She did an outstanding job even with a torn acl! She didn’t complain nor did she slack in her job!!! If you plan a party make sure she’s your host (not saying everyone else is incompetent but I’m saying from what I saw she’s the best)!!! All the other young ladies and manager were nice but they weren’t Jasmine. I kept joking with her about being in pain and asking if she wanted to sit down. Thank you Jasmine for making my grandson party sooo memorable & I don’t impress easily. (And telling me where a “local store” was located for grandma who needed something to calm her nerves from ALL the kids!) LOL ?Kid-friendliness: The kids enjoyed themselves and had a ball running around playing games. There was a few machines that was temporarily out of order but overall a good party for a 6 year old and his school friends.

Took our grandbaby for her 5th birthday. Besides being way over priced she had a blast. We paid $12 dollars each for 2 salad bars that had turning lettuce and and not to many side choices. Will bring her back but will eat elsewhere.

Big shout out to Manager Willie Barnes - he was accommodating and very helpful with scheduling. Also thanks to our host Akeelah who was informative, attentive and on point. Our child and friends had a blast. Thank you all so much!

First and foremost, the assigned party hosts were notably absent and inattentive throughout the duration of the event. Despite their presence, they appeared relaxed and disengaged, failing to provide the level of service one would expect during a special occasion. Their lack of attention significantly detracted from the overall experience and left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of oversight from the management team. The manager on duty failed to proactively address any concerns or ensure that all customers, including myself, were satisfied with their experience. Moreover, despite raising my concerns, no offer of a refund or compensation was made, further exacerbating my dissatisfaction.I must commend Evan from Alpharetta for being the exception to this disappointing experience. His professionalism and dedication to customer service stood out, but unfortunately, his efforts were overshadowed by the overall poor service provided by the rest of the team.Furthermore, it is disheartening that I had to escalate my complaint to guest relations and the district manager in order to obtain a refund for the subpar experience my child and I endured. As a result, what should have been a joyous and memorable birthday celebration was marred by disappointment and frustration. In conclusion, I strongly advise against hosting parties at Chuck E. Cheese based on my recent experience. The lack of attentive staff, managerial oversight, and adequate resolution processes for customer complaints are indicative of systemic issues within your organization that need to be addressed promptly.I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and implement measures to improve the quality of service provided to your customers in the future.

The service, the employee at the counter he could have had a better attitude and been a little more pleasant to deal with. Thus Chuck E. Cheese thought is very spacious inside and has very good gaming selections. Very fun. Clean also.

Not feeling the crowd this year? This place will get the wheels rolling! The food was amazing and the workers really want you to have a good time. Just be really to let loose and enjoy the awesome joy your child brings!
