I just recently opened a few accounts with LGE. My experience has been nothing but POSITIVE & GREAT! I walked in & everyone was nice & ready to help. Brian is who helped my husband & I out & he went above & beyond! I highly recommend!

Since March 12th, I have been trying to, unsuccessfully close my late mother's acccount(s) with LGE. There has been 30+ back-and-forth emails, plus 11+ phone calls to them, and they seem inept at best and scammy at worst. It seems that there is no central office, etc. and, as a school teacher, I have wasted so much time and am no closer to finding out any info about the accounts. I have written, just today, a letter to Chris Leggett, who may be the CEO--there was no title provided from A.R. regarding his position at LGE. In addition, the fact that mail goes to a P.O. box is also suspect. This account has been, by far, the most unorgainized and most frustrating to try and access--and that is of about 11 different accounts left by my mom. LGE...any way to improve?

They don't issue atm cards for youth savings accounts. The drive Through only has ATMs, so i have to go inside every time, since i don't have a card. The machine inside won't scan my drivers license so i have to get a teller to do it manually. Takes 20 minutes to do a simple deposit.

Their ATM is so slow! It takes awhile between your choices to respond and you have no choice but to wait, and then it times put and steals your card!! UNEXCEPTABLE

Terrible costumer service. The staff was extremely rude and took forever to get my pre-approval. By the time that they gave me my approval, the vehicle had sold and I was extremely frustrated. Did not want to go through the process with them again and went straight to the dealer and was able to receive an even better rate. Don't waste your time here.

LGE doesn’t cash their own checks if you don’t have an account with them. I’ve never heard of a bank that doesn’t cash their own checks.

I was withdrawing for an elderly relative for their monthly supplies and the ATM stole their debit card. They use a prepaid card that is fee free here. Never again. She had to call her bank and get a new card which will take 2 weeks. In the meantime she is without her needed items for the month. Very sad on behalf of this atm and bank.

A big waste of time and opportunity going through LGE. They take forever to get back to me regarding my auto loan. Even I got approved took long enough to send me everything so I missed the vehicle I wanted to purchase!
Suggest using other unions than going through all of it for nothing

have been dealing with LGE for 12-15 years....lately i have been considering taking my business elsewhere.....the branch in kennesaw is horrible, on more than one occasion, i go in to deposit a check that has issues with snap deposit, ill try the machine inside( they got rid of all the tellers) machine rejects it as well, so go to ask fo rassistance and i am just redirected to try teh machines again. i ask nicely to just manually deposit im am tired of wasting my time and i get refused. told the branch manager that every other location is always polite and willing to help, he hands me my check back and says to go there..
aparently they dont train for customer service at that location....go to any other location for good service....

Dorsey was a great help. I came in to open an account with the credit union and had a fair amount of questions. She answered them all precisely and with a smile. Very kind and great customer service skills. Also super knowledgeable.

This bank has changed before COVID Pandemic and got rid of tellers. Automated services inside and outside through ATMs. You cans till go inside and get a human being for customer service.
BUT the reason I gave it 3 stars is they no longer provide banking on Saturdays.
