  Went into this branch to make a cash payment. Wow, things are so technical and sophisticated. Luckily a nice receptionist came to rescue. Had never used their machine in the lobby, they were new to me. It was kind of hilarious to rush to get your money in so the machine does not time out and you do not have to start over your transaction again. Learned something new. Got good customer service.

  This LGE was very helpful in resolving the issues I was having with my credit card. Vivienne Graham in particular helped me. She was super nice and very patient when walking me through what we needed to do until we resolved the issue. I would highly recommend this Credit Union to anyone. Super helpful :))
