The employees who work in the self-scan area are so aggressive about making sure that I'm not stealing that I am frequetly leaving the store irritated. I can't turn around without an employee looking over my shoulder or offering to "help." When I say that I don't need help, they force themselves into my cart anyway. Truly, I feel like the store thinks that I'm a shoplifter and that it's just a matter of time before they catch me stealing. It's not a pleasant experience shopping there any longer. I don't need Costco, however. I will continue to visit there until my current membership period expires. They won't miss my $200 monthly when I don't renew, and I won't miss the hassle.

I love Costco. Just people working there is getting with no patience to help you. They don’t have their “friendly” faces as before. But I still shopping there

I usually go to the Woodstock location… the Kennesaw Costco has the worst parking lot I’ve ever been in. The staff members that are friendly almost balance out those that are completely checked out and rude. The inventory is decent, but most of the display items are damaged or missing.I’ll go back to this one only if necessary, but will avoid it when possible due to the overall shopping experience here being subpar, just to get even more frustrated upon exiting. Took 12 minutes just to vacate due to the awful parking lot…I don’t think the cashier spoke two words to me, but had no problem shooting me unfriendly looks.

honestly i went to this costco earlier this week and the staff is so rude for no reason once you come to the register. they told me i had to go to the beltline bc i had too much in my cart when i literally did not. i still stayed and instead got another cart and did two separate transactions. i can’t just “go to the beltline” bc i was gonna pay with ebt so i keep track of everything without having to hold up a line trying to keep up with a cashier. specifically it was the older black lady that stood in the from watching everything. and she did not say it in a kind manner which is why i am writing this. she was rude as hell. plus me and my bf got some muffins and when i sliced it once we got home you could tell the inside was not fully cooked, it was literally so soggy that it stayed on my knife. this costco also does not have a lot of product and everything is very unorganized. honestly the only thing that i really got pissed abt was that lady.

The food selection is great however, today the man on the register OP #26 Harry went out of his way to make the process at checkout difficult for my family and I. My mother was on a wheelchair cart and my two children in tow. I showed the digital card on my phone. When I pulled it up, my picture was on it but when my phone reset, my husband’s pic was showing. I couldn’t get mine to pull back up. Harry began interrogating me loudly at the register. I told him I couldn’t pull my pic back up as their app froze. My account is my husband and myself. He held up the line and loudly called out to a manager to verify my story. She came and looked at Harry like he was crazy… That exchange didn’t go his way so he was rude when checking me out. When I asked him what the total was, he almost broke the register turning it around without telling me the total… SMH

Lots of stuff, good prices, but hard to find things and quantities are large.

We've shopped here for years. They have always had alot of organic options and that is most important to us. The staff is always happy and helpful.

This is going to sound crazy, but the store feels small, but packed. The parking lot can be a hassle to get into/out of as the parking lot as the main egress has the gas station on one side and the tire shop on the other.Otherwise, the food has always been fresh and the staff has always been lovely each time I've been.I will say, avoid Saturday and Sunday afternoon. I made that mistake once. I questioned many things that day...but I set myself back on the correct path by going first thing Saturday morning or during the week.
