Crash Master delivered exceptional service at a very reasonable price! A lot of auto body shops look to raise prices and get extra $$ out of you and your insurance company. I got quotes from two different shops before finding best deal! I can truly say Crash Master is not trying to get over on you. The customer service is well and they do their best to get jobs done efficiently. I needed a new bumper and a few under body parts due to tire blowout. They found me all the parts I needed painted, and installed the new parts! Anyone who is looking for quality work at a fair cost… look no further!

First I'll say the body work was done well! Second I'll say the insurance company took a long time to actually send the funds for my repair. My car was there 20 days for minor damage. The day I picked my vehicle up, I was told it's ready if I want to take it, so I did! The interior was covered in residue, and the window tint was scratched up! According to them, it was because I picked it up early! So I'll get it detailed and replace the tint! The quality of the work was good.... at this point I'm still looking for the customer service!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. This is my first car and first accident. They took excellent care of me and walked me through everything, I was so worried about things but they told me everything I needed upfront. My car looks great and drives just like before the accident. They cleaned it up nicely too. I 100% suggest them to anyone that wants straight to the point honesty and great service. Was expecting the bad things I've heard about shops and how they treat women but I was totally wrong. Legitimately awesome people.
