This location at 3295 Cobb International Blvd,Kennesaw, GA 30152, is a joke , on my first and last day we had a meeting and I found out that they let employees in the warehouse which is very tight and small where clogs in the warehouse, clogs? In the warehouse? This place is a walking hazard and they condone it LOL they were telling how they needed to stop allowing employees to wear clothes? I'm confused why they let them wear clogs in the first place!!, Someone has to seriously investigate them because I'm sure there's all types of safety codes being broken every day, I should have known when a group that I told with the day prior none of the people showed up the next day. Also the reason why my assignment is ended is because I was planning on ending it by the end of the week but they wanted to be me to it all because I complained about how they're ghetto air conditioner was broken for 3 weeks and I questioned it and I was saying if you're going to make people wear their masks whether or not they're vaccinated or not which is funny you can still get covid even when you're vaccinated you shouldn't have an air conditioner that's broken and because I said something, the head ninja in charge (I guess) Jason didnblike that, oh well I'm not mad though I wanted to see what chaos it would be the next day , I knew I wasn't going to last here they need people but I don't need them , the turnover rate makes sense. Management doesn’t care for their employees, they over work them and then treat them horrible. The management is lazy and doesn’t care for improvement, they have people operating lifts without certifications to be on the lift, there are dozens if not at least a hundred safety violations inside the warehouse, there is no structure or time management. Don’t waste you’re time applying here. They will also lie to your face as many times as they want and if you call them out well don’t expect a job there!! They don’t even deserve a star in a review.

Definitely an unprofessional atmosphere and most definitely needs a new management team. Company has room for major improvement but has VERY poor/unprofessional management especially being a formal employee.

This is the best customer service I’ve ever seen online, and that’s the truth. I’m not a plumber and I’ve never done a air hose installation in a shop until recently. I sent so many emails asking questions it was embarrassing. But Danielle McDonald at Rapid Air Systems answered everyone of them with a positive result for me every time. It’s just really nice to know your not just pushing buttons to order a product but have actual people that want you to be satisfied. I’ve never met Danielle but she has been a pleasure to work with. This company has won my business forever. Thank you Rapid Air Systems and especially Danielle. Oh and by the way. I very rarely do reviews. But felt it necessary having such a nice experience with this company.

I purchased the Maxline 3/4” kit from Northern Tool on 11-19-2020. Due to the holidays and vacation I didn’t get around to opening the kit until 1-5-2021. Upon opening the kit I noticed the pipe was not banded or wrapped in plastic and looked to have been open with scuff marks all over the pipe. I contacted Norther Tool and they told me that I was past my 30 day return. So I called RapidAir and spoke to Danielle. Told her what happened and sent some pics. The next day I received an email from her saying that they were sorry and they were sending me a new 100 foot roll in the mail. I want everyone to know that this is not what I had asked them to do, all I wanted to know was how was a safe way to try and remove the scratches. Needless to say they now have a customer for life. This is the kind of care company used to do to take care of customers. In a world where we are usually just a number it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Danielle and the crew. You guys are FANTASTIC.
