I initially went to hertz, and was told I need 500 for deposit and a soft credit check… so after I laughed in there face I drove across the street to enterprise without and reservation and walked out of there with an awesome deal and truck.. pick up and drop off were seamless and everyone was there to help. There was virtually no waiting either, very swift customer service all around

I only use Enterprise and they typically do not disappoint but this last time the Representative was abrasive and I had to wait for an hour to get a full size car because they were out. Eventually, I did receive a full size and it was a nice car that was great on gas. I haven't given up on Enterprise yet but they do need to improve on customer service.

They guys are awesome. The process was fast .The car was exceptionally clean and full of gas , which was great so I didn’t have to stop as I was in a hurry .Alexis andJosh were very accommodating.Thanks guys. This will be my go to store for all of my Car Rental!!!

Reserved well in advance but car size reserved was not available. Smaller car was provided at a higher rate. I had to point out the larger car was cheaper, at that point the price was lowered. So I received a smaller car at the price I reserved for a larger one. All other aspects of the rental were fine. Staff was cooperative.

Enterprise always provides top notch service. My car was not ready for the one I booked so they called another location to have them send one over.

Car was dirty that they gave me but when I returned my rental and needed a ride to my personal vehicle, the girl gave me a ride and was really nice.
