Terrible experience. Set a pick up appt a week ago with a 3 hour window of arrival. Not only does he not show up, he never even reached out to say he was running late, won't be there, etc. How do they even stay in business?? Really sad and a big waste of time!

This is the 2nd time Estes has called us for a delivery where we waited ALL day. When calling at the end of the day, we were notified that they did not have the package scheduled for delivery. So now we get to sit around from 9:00-4:00 AGAIN tomorrow. There is now a level 0.

If only there were a 0 star choice. After being called Tuesday to schedule delivery Thursday between 9 and 4, at 4:00pm Thursday we called and we were told we were not on the schedule. The shipment was moved to first thing Friday morning between 9 and 4. At 10:00am Friday, I spoke to Sam in corporate home deliveries. She looked up the Tuesday phone call and confirmed we had been on the schedule Thursday. After checking with the dispatcher, Adam, I was told a driver tried to deliver first thing Thursday morning, but couldn't reach us so he returned the freight to the warehouse. I have cameras. That never happened. Friday morning a delivery attempt was made, but at 8:32am. We were told 9:00 as the opening window, so we got home at 8:50. The freight was returned to the warehouse. Adam wanted to charge a re-delivery fee for Monday, but Sam in corporate said no. A delivery was set for Monday morning. At 10:00am Monday I called and spoke to Sam again. She spoke to the dispatcher for Monday, Michelle, and was told that the freight was not on the truck because we owed a delivery fee. Eeek. My husband had his truck and trailer home, so he opted to go to the docks to retrieve the load. As per the other visits to the dock, it was a nightmare and took over 40 minutes. The end.

If you ever wanted to see forklifts doing wheelies, that is your place (no public allowed where the forklifts are) and the people were very helpful and pleasant.

As a vendor shipping via Estes heavily daily, our freight is always consistently moving in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for a better LTL carrier! Michelle Baker, Amanda Lavender, & Kristy Wilder from the terminal have excellent communication skills and keep us well informed of ETA's and assist in resolving any issues I may have. Absolutely amazing carrier!

As a warehouse manager having a company you can count on to pick up and deliver on time is crucial. Estes always comes through for my business. I’ve had days where up to 100 pallets need to ship same day and they sent me as many empty trailers as I needed. Even with the current struggle with logistics, supply chain, and staffing they still exceed my expectations regularly.

We had a mishap with our delivery and we’re missing two pallets! Mistakes happen and the rep I spoke too took care of it immediately and we appreciate her so much! Thank you!

HORRIBLE. Had a scheduled delivery date and time, no call no show. Call the next morning to find out status, told it would be delivered that day before 4. Show up at 4:30 and leave a 150lb package at the end of my driveway. Asked if they plan to leave it there and the response is "We're curbside" and drives off. Not to mention, if you do not require someone home to "sign" for delivery, then remove that from your confirmations so people do not lose days of work waiting around for this amazing customer service when your driver decides to show up.

They left a 280 lb delivery at the foot of my driveway because “they have updated their policies to do curbside with no signature required.” And clearly have no QC for customer service because my email apologized for the “incontinence” and not inconvenience. Worst excuse for a delivery company. I’m reporting them to the vendor using them and hopefully that vendor will take their business elsewhere. Don’t use these people if you want any type of actual service.

Estes uses a third party called Blue Streak and Blue Streak is the worst courier in north Atl. Unfortunately this reflects poorly on Estes. Do better or choose better.

Estes was fulfilling delivery of grill I bought online from a vendor. Overall experience with Estes terrible. It took more than 4 days for them to deliver grill roughly 10 miles. after 2 days excuse was their truck was not large enough (Friday). Next delivery attempt (Sat) I waited in all day and despite contacting cust service 4 or 5 times they could apparently not get a response from the driver to tell me where my grill was. I eventually got a message saying wrong item had been loaded on truck and they would try again on Sunday. Got message at 8am Sunday saying it was being loaded on truck and would be with me shortly. At approx 1pm Estes driver dumped my new grill and 2 palates at bottom of my driveway. No attempt to drive on driveway and drop off near garage. No delivery paperwork. When I tried to flag down driver he just drove off. I complained to cust service again but guess they did nothing about it after that as the job was done. I would never choose this company to handle any deliveries for me.

Worst customer service you could ever experience. Shipment was supposed to arrive 3 days ago. I volunteered to drive to the shipping location and pick it up myself but no one wants to get the paperwork done for me to do so. Hours on the phone getting approvals from home depot so that I can get my item picked up from Estes but Estes does not care about accommodating their customers what so ever. Their time line for delivery is completely different. Its on their own term no matter what the tracking says.

Sonia was a pleasure to talk with on the phone and she was able to move my order up from Monday to Friday. I rarely ship via freight but have had a great experience thus far.

Delivery driver had no idea how to drive a box truck. Got stuck in a ditch trying to turn into a huge driveway. He also spoke no English which made it even harder to communicate with him in getting the truck out. Item being delivered was not secured whatsoever inside of the truck.
