Do not use this fast signs location!!!! Worst experience of my life!! 5 calls in 2 days and I couldn’t even get an invoice from these guys!!! Amir straight up lied saying he was sending my invoice and I never got it. Called again today they did it again!!!! Absolutely awful experience!!!!!!

I was truly impressed with the quality and service provided by FastSigns of Kennesaw. My turnaround time was quicker than expected and my materials was in excellent condition. I would recommend this location to other school.

I highly recommend anyone considering to use this place for business cards or anything to run as fast as you can away! Every order you get is always wrong and they take forever to even get you the order. The owner is an absolute joke! Never is there, and when she is she is gone by no later than 1:00 for the day. She will never call you back and very rarely email you back. When they mess your order up they don’t replace it with a correct order. You sometimes go there in the middle of the day and they just decide to close. It’s so bad that the bakery shop next door will call the owner and go inside the Fast Signs location to get what you need out because nobody is ever there! Absolutely the worst place to do business with!!!!

Worst customer service experience of my life. The owner/manager Rida will not answer or return your calls...the people who work in the store say she only communicates through email. Inferior product and even worse customer service. We got thousands of business cards cards that were "miscut"...7 weeks later and has not been corrected.

This location ghosted me after sending me an estimate. I couldn't get in touch with them via email or phone so I took my business to the Marietta location where I was promptly helped, given a new estimate and scheduled install within that one phone call.
