About FedEx Ground

FedEx Ground is a well-organized location with friendly and skilled linehaul staff. The process for picking up packages is noted as quick and easy. The facility has clean bathrooms, showers, and vending machines. It is viewed as a great company where hard work is rewarded, with opportunities to advance from package handler roles. However, this location is not open to the public, and some customers report not being allowed to pick up packages on the premises, finding it inconvenient.

As a staff member, you were unaware of your own working hours and misled me twice regarding the schedule, preventing me from collecting my shipment. This has left me questioning FedEx's competence and ability to manage time effectively.

    Rude and lazy staff
11 hours waiting for pick up

Had 2 packages to be delivered. One was delivered to my neighbor and the other missing. Driver went home and I cant get ahold of someone at this location to find my package. Fedex really drops the ball with customer support and the drives are blind apparently.
