Had 2 packages to be delivered. One was delivered to my neighbor and the other missing. Driver went home and I cant get ahold of someone at this location to find my package. Fedex really drops the ball with customer support and the drives are blind apparently.

I received a package by Quintin and man, he helped like no other. He was very helpful in schedules and times.. I had a package out for delivery that hadn’t been delivered and he eased my concerns.

If you want to wait forever on a load and get plenty of sleep this is the terminal to come to. Limited parking by Linehaul too. Welcome to Kennesaw 305
