Limits how much money I can freely move/ take out of my money market without going to branch and getting a check. It's my money. There was no issue transferring any amount from my other bank, but they put a limit on it or want a fee? Not helpful bank.. Closing the account.

Very knowledgeable about finances at this location. Services like Medallion Signatures are offered unlike Wells Fargo who no longer does. The staff are exemplary.

My husband and I have been banking with Fifth Third Bank for at least 5 years now. Typically my husband is the one to do the banking. I have gone only a couple of times with him through the drive through until today. I went by myself. I was so shocked that Acquanetta recognized me after only seeing me 2 or 3 times prior. Acquanetta is very attentive and one of the sweetest people I've met in a VERY long time!!

Stay away from here! Wanted to throw some business to a local bank since I have a few BOA accounts. Needed to set up a rep agent account for my sister. Nick, a nice guy was helping me. He ran into a problem and in comes old broad blue dress bad attitude. First response from her, not hello sir and how can I help you today but "Sir, take off your sunglasses". I'm casual in shorts and t-shirt but thinking about dropping about $200,000 with them since they had a program I had interest in. Old broad blue dress bad attitude was very nasty, challenging the credentials BOA told me I needed to establish a rep agent account. Insulted me by asking where did I get these credentials? I wanted to tell her I print them from my garage, but then she would probably confirm I am the criminal she thought I was! Although the documents clearly stated Social Social Adm. Old broad blue dress bad attitude pissed me off so badly with her nasty attitude and lack of knowledge that I picked up my documents and went to BOA. They gave me exactly what I wanted without the harassment!Word to Fifth Third Bank. Treat all customers with respect although they may not come wearing suits and may be of color! You never know what assets they may be controlling. She was dealing with a potential prospect that had 4 BOA accounts and 1 Wells Fargo account that totaled right at $500,000.I know it is not much but I don't think Fifth Third Bank is in a position to ignore that kind of money. I hope their management sees this comlaint.Oh, Btw. Don't even get me started about the reception I got from the Teller. She was my first contact as I approached her teller's cage to request a banker to open an account. While waiting I asked to use the restroom. Her response was " we don't have a public restroom". Well, I didn't think I was some vagrant wandering in from the streets! I let that go because she was just parroting what she had been told.

I'm not sure why this branch has negative reviews. I have banked here for several years, and the manager, Ms. Tiffany Winfred, has always been available, helpful, and knowledgeable. This bank is farther compared to other banks, but I keep banking here based on my absolutely positive experience.

The ATM machine never works. If you withdraw money, you can’t deposit. It’s also very dirty.Nasty

I unfortunately did not catch the name of the clerk that assisted me, but they were simply fantastic. Recently crashed my car and I'm having to deal with the hurdles of collecting the necessary information for gap insurance to cover the remainder of my loan, and The manager that assisted me could not have been friendlier. Top notch customer service, I've been coming to this branch for close to 4 years now and it's always been phenomenal.

I was a little disappointed with this bank and dont feel secure with my money with this bank. I had my wallet taken and there is no way to lock your debit card online or the app. So they was able to take and process a few transactions before I was able to close card. Dont have my card the fraudster was able to clean my account they said 6 business days before I got my money in my account. They send all my bill payments back because my account is overdrawn. They make feel like a criminal when I was the one who was the victim. Like we have to investigate before we can do anything. My other banks closed and rushed my cards and placed the funds into my account so I was able to live. Please use them with caution so u made feel very uncomfortable.
