I was very disappointed the last time i visited this location. I have been going here for over 20 years and never experienced such bad service and attitude from the employees. I scheduled an appointment for 3pm, it was confirmed. I got there at 3pm, I told him I was going to kill time at the mall while my car was being serviced (oil change) I got back at 4pm. At 4:30 I noticed my car was never moved from the parking lot. When i mentioned it the guy got very irritated and went into the garage. At that time i wasn’t able to wait any longer so when he went to get my car I told him I couldn’t get it done and explained nicely that my appointment was at 3pm. He basically threw me my keys and didn’t even apologize. I asked what happened and he said they were busy. I mentioned it would have been common courtesy to tell me that when I arrived at my confirmed appointment time. He was very rude and walked off without any apology. I will never go back. I have serviced all my cars there over 20+ years and referred several people.

Carlos is a great, honest, ready to help manager He explained the issue with my truck to me.I am glad I was at his place (Firestone) on Barrett pkwy, my truck“s oil was dry and would have had engine failure He did Inspection on my truck after tire change and detected the problem I am truly thankful for his help Good and honest folks are still around in the car repair business Thanks Carlos and great job done

First I have been to multiple Firestone stores in Georgia and this is the only one I trust. They have always been honest, offered coupons to save on services and have integrity. I cannot say that for the other locations. My service/cashier was extremely helpful, courteous, honest and pleasant to work with. He gave me all my options before going forward. Nice to be able to buy tires, get honest service and help when needed. Thank you manager Mark for running a store with integrity and employees you can trust. I highly recommend their team.

Carlos at Firestone at Town Center, Marietta was truly a big help. I left with brand new tires after one of my tires went flat not realizing all of them were in bad condition. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure I left with good tires and that my vehicle was safe to drive. Carlos you’re amazing and I truly appreciate what you did for me! Thank you!
