Terrible customer service. I took my daughter in to get shoes for school, we asked for a specific size in a shoe and instead of saying they didn't have the size we sat for about 15 min with no response. We finally figured out they were no longer looking for the show when everyone went towards the front of the store and began gossiping.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! This is hands down my favorite Foot Locker now. I purchased 4 pair from them and the team was amazing. Customer Service is top tier at this location.! Mrs. Tina, Kaylee, Amirra, and Ryah…. THANK YOU for going above and beyond.

Bryant was a great associate! Bryant welcomed me when I came in and attended me immediately after finishing up his current customers. He was very professional and was impressed by his Spanish. He also got me the best deal possible for shoes and ended up getting 60% off. Give this man a raise because he is an ASSET to this store and it’s sales.

Visited Foot Locker in the mall with my daughter. Although we entered close to closing, staff was attentive and professional. Went to shop for a gift for a friend. Did you know they sell gift cards that can be used at Foot Locker AND Champs??? GREAT gift idea!
