Whoever the manager of that store is extremely rude. It’s so sad because they clothes and jewelry are really cute but she gave my mom the nastiest attitude. Please rethink the management at this store before it goes out of business.

Francesca’s at town center. I walked in around 11:25 on 5/17. There was a young white girl at the register. She never said hello, can I help you and never looked my way. Just looked past me as if I wasnt going to buy anything while helping other customers. ” check the cameras”. My daughters love the store in Chattanooga add I was buying graduation dresses, etc. I left after a few minutes. I couldn’t really determine if she was just rude or if it was something else. BUT she cared less about a sale.

I went in there yesterday with my friend to look at dresses, me and my friend found a dress and a girl that worked there told us she could put it in a dressing room for us. When I was ready to try on the other things I had in my hand, I looked in the dressing room that was open and was confused because I didn’t see the dress the worker had took from me. The worker said oh when that girl gets out I’ll get the dress and hand it to you, I put it in that one. And I waited for a long time and went out there and mentioned about the dress I had the worker was supposed to hand to me. She then acted clueless and this other worker who was really sweet helped me “look” for it. Until I spotted this other girl who I assumed was the girl in that other dressing room with it in her hand. It’s so disheartening because I really liked that dress, it was white ruffled and had orange/red flowers on it and I was looking forward to trying it on.

Just went in for a return and Shanteria (the name on the return receipt) was extremely rude. When I told her I had a return she just started typing on the register and did not say a single word to me. She would not even make eye contact with me. And then my friend complimented her and she looked at them with a disgusted look on her face. So rude and unprofessional and not fit for customer service.

I love this place!!!! Cute clothes!! The manager (Catarina?) I think was working today and I felt like I was literally shopping with my mom. She found a bunch of cute dresses for me to try on for a wedding I’m attending tomorrow and even helped me zipper up. Even sweeter- I mentioned possibly needing to buy safety pins to close up a low blouse and she quickly offered me some of hers!!! How sweet! ❤️ talk about great customer service!

I love this place!!!! Cute clothes!! The manager (Catarina?) I think was working today and I felt like I was literally shopping with my mom. She found a bunch of cute dresses for me to try on for a wedding I’m attending tomorrow and even helped me zipper up. Even sweeter- I mentioned possibly needing to buy safety pins to close up a low blouse and she quickly offered me some of hers!!! How sweet! ❤️ talk about great customer service!

I work at a different Francesca’s and the way they handle their customer service IS NOT AT ALL the policy. Every time I go in a guy has actual air pods in listening to music or is playing on his phone. Without even a hello or anything. I’ve never seen anyone else working their so I can’t speak for the rest of their staff but come on at least acknowledge that I walked in.

An older lady who I assume was the manager was so rude to me. I was the second person in line at the register on the right and I had been waiting a few minutes. The manager (?) was at the register on the left but she was on the phone so I stayed on the right. Two teenage girls walked up to get in line behind me and she says "I'll take the two of you over here" pointing to the girls. In the middle of their transaction she gets on her tip toes and looks past me and says I'll be right with you. I glance behind me and she says "yeah I'm talking to you" ..but she looked right past me so why would I think she was talking to me..? The employee at the register on the right finished up the transaction and I went up to the register. She was obviously new and training and I guess that's why the previous transaction took so long. I was fine with waiting. This new employee was very nice to me, but the manager was rude to her because she didn't know how to process my return. I gave her the blazer I was returning and showed her my email receipt because I bought it online. The manager took over and said they could only give me $3 and change for it. I left and took it to the West Cobb location the next day after reading the return policy. The West Cobb location gave me the full amount that I had paid for it.

Complete nightmare of a store. Charged me twice for a purchase I made before Christmas and refuses to be helpful in any way to accommodate or correct their mistake since I do not live near their location. I will never shop here again and urge others not to as well. I am now on my way to my bank to dispute the purchase because they refuse to help me and gave me a fake number for their regional manager. Really great customer service, guys. Well done.
