they have a funny way of running their businesss I will NEVER spend a dollar here ever again. spent a lot of money at this store. I get home and a Skirt I purchased doesn't fit. I STILL have the receipt. I returned to the store to exchange the skirt for the proper size. The person at the desk told me I can't exchange for my Correct size because i removed the tag from the skirt. what does a tag matter if I still have my receipt . so now I'm stuck with clothing that doesn't fit while "garage " profits off my coin and won't allow me to get the correct size. Scam.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Horrible service! We bought a gift card for a Christmas gift, and when we tried to use it, the gift card had zero dollars in it. When I showed the store manager the receipt, she automatically said “call the 1800 number” because there was nothing she could do about this. I called the 1800 number, and the agent explained that he also couldn’t do anything to help but just create a report and wait for them to figure it out.

If I could give this company zero stars I would I have been completely ripped off every single time I’ve shopped here quality of the clothing is awful not worth the money. Spent almost $200 in clothing and they would not give me a refund with the card I paid so I got a gift card. Ordered more clothing to use my gift cards and had to return a few items but they didn’t even refund me for the amount I paid for those items either. Staff and customer service line does not care about customer satisfaction. I would be very surprised if this company stayed in business.

Nadia and Sophie are awesome, Made my daughter feel like a million dollars and so confident. We will be seeing you all again very soon.....Update - 2019/11/18 - Went there with the family and as usually the staff is awesome, One staff member that stood out was Halloway. She assisted my daughter with everything she needed and even made suggestions for her, She made her feel important and feel good about herself. PSA for Parents - If you have teens that are very conscious about the way they look, and they have social issues just trying to find the look that fits them please go here, The staff is AWESOME!!!!!!!
