They can help with computer and tablet repair, TV and home theater repair, cell phone repair, and home appliance repair, among others. A customer recently visited Geek Squad when they were unable to access their laptop after a mandatory update. A staff member assisted them in finding and entering the recovery password, and explained how to locate it in the future. Another customer brought in their 92-year-old mother's device after she spent all day trying to connect to the internet. The issue was resolved in just 5 minutes, and the customer was impressed with the professional and efficient service. The staff at Geek Squad, including Mr. Omar and Mr. Christian, are commended for their expertise in resolving issues related to file uploads on new computers.

I spent an hour and half after my 92 year old mother spent “all day” trying to connect to the internet. In 5 minutes they had it fixed at no charge! Totally above and beyond and will highly recommend them. Great job and thank you.
