I spent an hour and half after my 92 year old mother spent “all day” trying to connect to the internet. In 5 minutes they had it fixed at no charge! Totally above and beyond and will highly recommend them. Great job and thank you.

I am impressed with your staff. Mr. Omar and Mr. Christain were very professional in discussing and resolving all of the issues relating uploading in files in my old to the new computer I purchased. My special thanks to them.

Geek squad at Best Buy in Kennesaw has pathetic service. They did a quick assessment on my iPhone, and said it is non-repairable. However, they refused to give me a document from my insurance company racket. They only help you out if there's money in it for them and you want to buy a phone from them. I had questions about installing a motherboard I had and their agent over the phone was clueless so they told me to come in person. When I came in person an older Geek Squad associate just gave me a sales pitch for their $200 subscription service for tv delivery and installation that had nothing to do with my PC.

Brought my PC in for an overheating issue, had already diagnosed it myself but the PC has a water cooling system, which I'm not familiar with, so wanted to have a professional take a look to see if it was the water cooling malfunctioning. Unfortunately, I took it to Geek Squad instead. They somehow decided an overheating core was a PSU issue and disassembled my PC. It turned out to not be the PSU (wow, shocker!) and they haphazardly reassembled the PC, denting the case and jamming a SSD drive against a fan. After hanging on to it for a solid week (I was told 2-3 days max when dropping off) they finally told me they just reapplied the thermal paste. The PC is still having the exact same overheating problem, so they clearly did absolutely nothing to the PC. AVOID these clowns at all cost. I was also told I was required to purchase a year subscription to their service program when I dropped the PC off (a lie, I discovered later) and that any/all hardware replacements would be covered by this plan (also a lie). Money-hungry liars that know absolutely nothing about PC repair. Would give negative stars if it was possible.

Not only did they not install my cameras, but they charged me any way as well as took some imperative pieces with them so I may not sell my cameras to anyone else. Out 400 plus dollars.

I got an iPhone battery replacement from the Geek Squad at this Best Buy location. My screen was not cracked prior to getting the battery replaced. They returned the phone to me with a hairline crack on the screen. They refused to accept responsibility for cracking the screen while changing out the battery. They insisted it was cracked before, but I look and use my phone every day. I know it was not cracked prior to letting them replace the battery. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Have now had 3 appts cancelled, all of them 2 weeks apart to fix an ice maker on a brand new refrigerator. I have been given the run around. the first appt an installer came out after i specifically asked for a technician. The second appt that was scheduled, they didn't even bother to call me and let me know the appt had been cancelled because the tech couldn't make it and there wasn't one available in my area. Well then why did you schedule the appt with me then. I wasted a whole Saturday waiting on them to come out, only to spend 5 hours on the phone with Geek Squad and have a new appt scheduled. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was on hold with this lousy music for over an hour waiting. I finally hung up since this mysterious supervisor would never pick up. I immediately called back and got another person on the phone who said they sent an email to the tech that was again scheduled to come out for the next tech visit and cc'd the manager to have someone reach out to me. I should hear something in a few days from the date of the email. Yea right. I had to call the Kennesaw Georgia store Geek Squad and was assured that my upcoming appt was still on. Well now 2 days later, I am getting a call stating that they have already cancelled my appt.... AGAIN!!! This is the most unprofessional, non customer service business I have ever had to deal with. Now, I am again waiting for the representative that called me to pick up as once again I am in hold music limbo land. This is now almost to the point of come pick up your new refrigerator, give me my money back, and I will take my business and tech support elsewhere. Its a new fridge, a new ice maker. It could be something as simple as a kinked connection. No need to get a new fridge sent to me if it can be fixed. this is absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your money and time with these people. I am still now on hold for an hour and a half. ASININE!!! What a freaking joke these people are.

The Geek Squad employees are awesome - very knowledgeable and able to handle almost every issue.The only drawback - the line can be long, even with an appointment.

I attempted to call and schedule an appointment with Geek Squad twice. Was on hold for over 45 mins the first time, the second time 25 mins. Decided to walk in. There were a few employees standing around one called me to the counter. He asked if I had an appointment and I tried to explain that I was on hold so I was trying to walk in and he was very unprofessional at one point he said “when I’m talking to someone I don’t answer calls.”I asked if I could drop the I-watch off and come pick it up whenever they could get to it. He got extremely frustrated.Overall a very poor experience. I don’t ever write reviews but this employee was just rude and a jerk. Would not recommend going to the store in Kennesaw.

Extremely patient and understanding workers. They helped me figure out the issue with my computer in a great time frame. They answered all my questions ( especially Zach) and didn’t have any issues with them whatsoever! Thank you to the entire team who worked with me and my massive hunk of dinosaur computer ?
