Eli and Hannah are super helpful ! I always receive the best customer service when I stop by. The staff is very knowledgeable on their products! The staff has provided me countless recommendations on protein, pre workout, and creatine. Highly recommend stopping by if you ever have any questions or need recommendations.

I don't know how many times I've showed up during their normal business hours and the store is closed. They've removed their normal business hours from the front door because it seems that they are unable to adhere to them

Google search said they were open until 8. Got there at 3:30 and the store was locked. Nobody there. There is currently no signage on the door showing hours, so who knows? Called the number and no answer. It just rang and rang until a fax machine noise picked up. There wasn't even a professional "this is GNC and we're closed" message. Was it the right number? How would anyone know?

This GNC is absolutely terrible. Waited for 30 minutes past the 10 o’clock opening time no one ever showed up then called customer service they called the area manager wouldn’t answer they said so they sent a district manager a message. I drove back by after 1 o’clock it was still not open. This is a sorry, sorry location I would go to another brand such as the vitamin Shoppe if you want to dependability.

Not really into proteins and was coming in for some advice and the male Employee was a big turn off. Wasn’t very helpful and made me feel dumb when asking questions about a type of protein I was looking for. Just like the advice he gave me shop online.

Robert doesn't know what his doing, I came asking for something for stress pills for my wife and was told that this weather will make women get headaches, that they don't carry anything for stress, to try some pain killers, which when u have stress the pain Killers make the headache worse. I googled what i wanted online and showed him and he said i wasn't been clear enough to him, his a joke.

The smell in this place is so overbearing. The products smell the same once I get them home. Just going to shop online.

Came in two days ago to look for a specific product. We had our dog with us. Who happens to be a legitimate service animal. A male employee asked if we had a “service badge” to show him. I have reported this location to the state. As a business a nationwide owner I would suggest you train your employees on what they can and cannot ask before it cost you your franchise.

Holy cow. The man who was in there was SUPER CREEPY and aggressive. He felt the need to man-splain how protein worked without being asked. He talked over me and interrupted my conversation with my daughter to push products on me. He was so offensive. He needs to stop taking whatever he is taking to make him so aggressive.

guy from corporate were in there the other day and were trying to shove a pro membership down my throat to the point I felt uncomfortable. only employee I liked beforehand left to go work at the vitamin shoppe anyways so I don't think I will be returning

Came to this business at 11am an hour after therr open time and what do I find. A locked door with partial turned on lights. Truly saddened that I can wake up for 7am workouts and not one employee can be here at 11am. Come on gnc. Vitamin shoppe making you look bad.
