The Goodwill Thrift Store & Donation Center in Kennesaw offers a wide selection of quality used goods at affordable prices. Customers can donate gently used clothing, books, furniture, computers, and other household items, supporting the store’s mission to help put people to work and support the local community. The store is large, well-organized, and recently renovated, making it easier to find great items including a variety of clothes and books. The parking lot is spacious and conveniently located off Cobb Parkway. Staff members are generally friendly and helpful, with some customers noting cheerful donation attendants who make the experience positive, especially during frequent donations. However, there have been some issues with donation drop-offs; one visitor found the staff rude when requesting to drop off a single tote and felt it could have been handled more politely. The store previously lacked fitting rooms, which was a minor inconvenience for some shoppers. Overall, it is a popular location with a large selection, clean environment, and a friendly atmosphere, making it a favorite spot for thrift shopping and donations.
Went to donate a tote of stuff through the donation center and the "guy"maning the center said "get in line". I had ONE tote to donate. He could have let me drop it off at the door. He was rude about it. If he is working with that attitude, I won't be donating to that store.

The woman who checked us out was so sweet; I’m sorry we didn’t get her name! So much stuff there I doubt we saw it all.

Big store with lots of clothes to choose from! DROP OFF (NEEDS SIGN/ARROW) ‐- 1 ☆. If looking at building from Hwy 41, take left, drive around back to other side & drop off is on passenger side of vehicle. It's a pain on busy days bc folks go wrong way then have to turn around. NO LONGER HAS FITTING ROOMS -- 1☆.
