Excellent Customer Service. I needed some non slip shoes for a new job offer I had received to start within the next day. I came here looking for shoes and pants and unfortunately only had enough to purchase the pants. I found the courage to ask an employee named Drew if he could kindly assist me and he did. What a wonderful blessing that this gentleman helped me prepare for my job. He paid for my shoes and I will never forget this. All he asked in return was that I pass the blessing along to the next person in need once i’m fortunate enough to do to. Awesome

I am appalled at the prices here recently. I wish I could leave a 1 star for all Goodwills. This place is supposed to be affordable and now the prices for furniture and such are outrageous for items they get for FREE. I found a safe that is $100 online new and they were selling it for $99? AT GOODWILL. The fun of a thrift store is the hunt for really cool/nice things for really cheap. As a thrift store they should not be looking into the value of an item before pricing it. Items should be priced the same as clothes, just a standard $5/6 per shirt and what not.

Unfortunately, it seems like the service is slipping at this location. Recently experienced a rude attendant who directed me to not set a bag on the ground after he didn’t initially approach to help, so I’d attempted to help by unloading myself. He also never provided a cart and instead shook his head repeatedly, in disgust, as if I’d greatly offended him. Not the best feeling as I’m donating $100+ worth of items.

I like love this good will only one thing I don't like when a manage look u don't like a thief when u check all stuff inside off box. Before purchase only bc I was latino that was very racist I question
If u look different race becafull they will profile u is a thief.
Goodwill should to do background check before hiring should type people

Went to donate a tote of stuff through the donation center and the "guy"maning the center said "get in line". I had ONE tote to donate. He could have let me drop it off at the door. He was rude about it. If he is working with that attitude, I won't be donating to that store.

Guy donating in front of me was unloading a U-Haul worth of stuff. 4 workers were out there. 2 of them were just standing around. They let someone drive up and cut in front of me and when I asked why, I was told it was because she only had one bag of stuff to donate. But I was never asked what all I had so I was confused as to why she was able to just cut in line. The worker tells me with a rude tone I’m welcome to get out of the car and walk over to the door and hand them my stuff. So me, 7 months pregnant gets out of my suv, grabs my two boxes of books and once he realizes the situation, offers to come to my car to grab them. He was apologetic, but this should’ve never happened.

Nothing bad to say. I've actually been 4 days with about 3 or four trips per day donating from cleaning and moving. The donation guys were very cheerful if that's the word for it. Or very nice and observant. One even said, when are you coming back and see you tomorrow. He called me ma'am which I didn't like. But we exchanged names. Think his name was Spencer and his friend Gene?!?!? Tell them I said thanks for making my day. It was a rough week.

If I could I would give them -5 stars. Horrible service, pay for a shirt ten dollars because they charged it twice and when I went back for a refund they made a hole scene and started yelling at me for no reason saying it was now in discount and ended up refunding only 2 dollars. Never coming back again

Big store with lots of clothes to choose from! DROP OFF (NEEDS SIGN/ARROW) ‐- 1 ☆. If looking at building from Hwy 41, take left, drive around back to other side & drop off is on passenger side of vehicle. It's a pain on busy days bc folks go wrong way then have to turn around. NO LONGER HAS FITTING ROOMS -- 1☆.

I just had one their idiots at the donation door turn away donations because the plastic container I bought them in was wet from rain. The container had a lid on it and it wasn’t getting donated.I get that Goodwill is a scam where they sell junk at literally nothing but profit and they exploit their workers, but maybe they should get workers that aren’t complete and total morons.
