Had no idea this place was so big and has so much! Amazing hobby store! A must for hobby enthusiasts! They have a huge selection of models, RC cars, boats, planes, etc. They have a great section for trains too and offer service on them as well!

We have been 3 times with children and it’s always a blast. Looking forward to spending more money here next week. We have not had any negative issues with staff and everyone working there is pretty friendly and outgoing to check on you.

Best hidden Christmas shop gem. If you're a card game player and/or gas mini vehicles then you probably already know of here.

I’ve always loved visiting HobbyTown, but my recent experience with the employee who works in the train section was really disappointing. He showed no interest in helping kids or beginners and acted irritated when asked basic questions. Instead of offering guidance, he repeatedly told us to “go figure it out” on our own.
Model trains are supposed to be fun and welcoming—especially for families and people new to the hobby. Unfortunately, his attitude made the experience uncomfortable and uninviting. I hope the store addresses this so future customers—especially young ones—feel supported.

Always a great place to go for all kinds of things, i.e. gifts.

Amazing place to go if you want to find something cool, give a gift, or collect some items. Wayyy bigger that it looks. A lot of fun if you go w/ someone else. Tip: don't squeeze the giant screaming chicken, it's really loud

8 hours a day...
can't understand why all these hobby stores are closing down when they make their hours laughably bad and don't cater at all to their community.
Most jobs are 9-5, so you're ostracizing more than half of your customer base for trash hours.

Love this place, has so much stuff I get overwhelmed sometimes. Great place to get your kids cool gifts that are hands on and not on a device.

Driving through Atlanta on Wed 9/24, we stopped in to browse. They had the new (not released yet) Redcat Ascent 18 Apex on the shelf, so we bought two of them, along with extra batteries. The next day, when the release was official, we discovered that Hobby Town had overcharged us $50 for each one - charged us $299 ea. We wasted $100 because we trusted the store to sell at the correct MSRP. Won't go back and won't recommend them to anybody.

Hobby town has literally become the worst Pokémon scalpers in town. Buying at wholesale, selling above MSRP, let alone retail. They should have their distribution pulled from them immediately.

Thanks Manny for your expertise, patience and kindness above all! He sacrificed so much of his time to help us understand the fundamentals of a new hobby and was patient with each question and request. Hobbytown is blessed to have such an expert on their hands! I'd recommend any rc heli pilot to reach out to him for help. God Bless you Manny!
