All i needed was some wood cuts but I am now delighted to write a glowing review for Ken, an exceptional employee who went above and beyond with his customer service. From the moment this is a great store ! The store manager and employees should be proud , I lived in 5 states this is my fav location , I walked into the store, Ken greeted me with a big, welcoming smile that instantly made me feel valued and appreciated. His positive demeanor and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for a fantastic customer experience, he helped me making the cuts I needed great great and very nice guy , i think overall the stuff here seems happy and willing to help , i remember how good home depot is when i mistakenly go

No parking for contractors with a trailer. You can't pull up on the contractor bay anymore. They want you to do a mobile order and then pick it up. They just made Lowe's more business.

Manager, I believe her name was Sarah, was very nice and helpful. Same with the people at customer service. Out of the Home Depots local to me, I prefer this one.

Ordered a weed eater for pickup online but when I got there, there were none in stock. Caroline was very helpful and got me set up on another for the same price.
Unfortunately that one did not work out of the box and would not crank with all appropriate steps taken. I came back in the next day to exchange that one and Seth, Jesse, and Blake helped me. They were very professional and got me taken care of. Good experience overall.

Very helpful! I must have looked lost because a very nice worker came up to my son and I and asked if we needed help. He even suggested some things I could do to remove my old garden hose that is stuck on the spicket.
