I'm a contractor. I have a constant need for tools and supplies. I simply find Home Depot to be reliable and in proximity to almost every job. The staff are always cheerfully helpful.

No tap for cards on payment;really outdated store location and it took 6 people at counter to tell me that they didn’t have this dog run yard kit. When u did have it .wow please update your staff that’s embarrassing! Then when I walked outside too truck they said stuff under their breath about me.

I came in with a product satisfaction issue and approached the customer service registers. Not only did Alex answer all of my questions and compassionately hear out my complaint, but he actually helped me resolve my issue with just a quick item look up. He also offered me great advise moving forward and left me happy with the result. The floor staff was friendly and helped me find and retrieve my items going above and beyond to accommodate me. Home Depot has a keeper with Alex and as a store overall, took care of my every need. Well done.
