Went in to get some material for a client. The client told me that he had a Home Depot account but when we tried to use it at the register there was an issue so I had to wait on him to send the money to me. I told the associate named Scott that he could go ahead and help the next person behind me. I even apologized. Scott then began to huff about having to void the transaction and he tried to make me go to a different register. I then said you would have to void it either way so why do I have to pick up all this stuff and pack it up to move all the way to the opposite side of the store. My son then walked up with some candy in his hand WITH THE RECEIPT WRAPPED AROUND IT. This man asked him did he pay for it. Don’t you see the receipt. He just stared at me. By this time the client sent the money and do you know this man told me to hurry up and insert my card. I then said it’s asking for an account number and not my card so you might want to be prepared when rushing someone. I asked for a manager and the girl who went to call him said there was a disruptive customer. How dare you … ask me why I’m irritated. I was triggered. The manager was a joke. I saw a couple other reviews saying they’re racist. I believe it.

Store was clean, and all the employees I encountered were extremely helpful and kind. Definitely one of the more helpful Home Depot locations I have been to.

This location is bad, they are racist because we went to buy there and they had already charged for the things and they wanted to charge again and when that happened a lady took my cart away in a bad way and my foot was on the fence that the cart has down and she pulls him I almost fell and at all times he starts talking things about us thinking that we didn't understand English and we realized that he was racist there and I'm not interested in going back

All Home Depots are simply not made the same.I went to this location that’s not by my house because I was in the area. The lady at the door (short blonde in customer service) was oh so helpful but I noticed a trend. Eli in paints went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed. He even incorporated the lady in flooring ( another blonde lady ) in areas that he was not sure about. I came with my neighbor who was so impressed that she wants to drive from where we live for that kind of service. ?. Felt like a valued customer.

So when I walked through the door instead of the two non busy associates greeting me they decided to look at me and say nothing then a man came behind me and they all of a sudden can greet. That is not good customer service at all you are suppose to greet everyone that walks through that door not pick and choose. I go up to so called customer service there is 2 cashiers one is taking the customer the other act like she doesn't see me so I walk up and I ask can I get a discount on a damaged plant she tells me no they can't do that which I know is a lie because a month ago when I wanted to buy a plant that had a good bit of damage they did. So anyways I left my card in the car and I let her know I come back and she left her register the cashier makes a corny joke saying she clocked out which was a lie she walks back up and I check out and leave this was really bad customer service and I will not be back to this location again despite the fact its closer! I would like a follow-up email via customer service. Date 11-07-23 3:17pm cashier rude Alexi. The guy that didn't greet and told a corny joke didn't get his name brown skin with a hat.

Home depot is the primary seller of ryobi tools. I was a big fan until they started breaking. That's when you find out that the ryobi warranty is crap. Home depot does not repair or replace ryobi tools. You have to find an authorized ryobi repair service. They are generally small fix it places located anywhere within a few hundred miles of where you bought the tools. In my case about 40 miles each way. And prepare to wait 6 months to a year for the repair. I had to wait 6 months for my lawnmower and now it's half as powerful as it used to be. My saw has been there 4 months and they said to expect it to take about a year. The repair guy said they were dropping ryobi next month because it takes months to get parts, they have to pay for the parts in advance and wait to be reimbursed and then ryobi pays them $20 for doing the repair. So yes, they have a 5 year warranty but be prepared. It may take 5 years to get your tool back .

Harry Feuerstein, Appliance Specialist, came to our rescue by helping us find a white refrigerator for an our new home at a time when most white refrigerators were on an extreme back order. We explained to Harry that we had been using a cooler to keep our food cold and we just weren’t able to go much longer without a refrigerator. Harry was very patient during his search and was able to find us a white Cafe’ refrigerator in Home Depot’s local warehouse. Harry was able to have the beautiful refrigerator delivered to us in 2 days! Harry is a gem! Harry’s knowledge and experience with appliances is unmatched. If you’re looking for a new appliance, Harry is the guy to see. Harry, thanks again!
