I unfortunately broke the glass shade for my fan. It is an older fan, and I could not find a replacement locally. I found these folks online, and they had something similar and at a low price. I took the cheapest shipping option and expected to wait a week or more. They got it out the next day, and I received it in 2 days. While it wasn't exactly like the old one, it will do nicely. Thank you for having hard to find items at a very reasonable price. Much appreciated in light of my recent clumsiness.

DONT BUY from them. They shipped with missing part. I returned it. They charge me 45$ for return and then said they wont accept the refund because there is a missing part that the dis not sent orginally. They kept the 189$ and the light

After frustrating experiences with several other on-line electrical suppliers, I called HomElectrical and the result was superb. I spoke with Sylvie in Sales; she was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and could not have been more helpful, Sylvie even explained details that I did not know to ask. The entire experience was most pleasant including the great news that the 4 items I required were IN STOCK and could shipped the same day.
HomElectrical will be my new 'go-to' source, and I will share their contact information with my building trade colleagues.

I was able to order an uncommon part at a very cheap clearance price, so it was love at first click. Later, I dealt with a customer representative named Fiona who was extremely pleasant and helpful and remained on the line past her quitting time to make sure everything was in order with my order. Really appreciated this. I will be shopping here again shortly as I have frequent need of electrical parts. By the way, loved the picture of the fam in the box with my order.

Do NOT buy anything from this company unless you have 3 weeks to wait for your item. The website for your item will say it ships out in a few days. In my case, I was on their site on Apr 3d. It said my wallplates would ship on Mon, Apr 7th. I got an email on Apr 5th acknowledging order receipt and apologizing that it would not ship until the 16th. On the 10th they refunded the entire amount back to my credit card and I was under the impression that my order was canceled. On Apr 21st I got a notification that they charged my card again and b4 I could call to cancel, it had already been shipped that same day.
I called to return the items (had to buy regular wallplates from HD) and they said I would have to pay a restocking fee. I informed them that it is because of their failure to send the item when they said they would. They said their policy is 5-7days order processing time...then why do they mislead people on the item page? Also my order still wasn't sent out until the 21st...18 days after I placed the order.

This was a disaster! First they took weeks to tell me they could not provide the glass cover for my ceiling fan on my original order, then they shipped a bogus product. Who in their right mind would ever buy a SOLID light cover? OK, maybe I did not read the fine print, but I thought it was a glass product with nickel trim. And then, it did not even fit. And finally, unlike everyone else in the world these days, they charged me to ship it and then are going to charge me to return for a net refund of $6.00 on a $20 purchase. I rarely, if ever give negative reviews, but these people earned it. I told them to keep their RMA and I will throw my solid light cover in the trash.

Great Product, shipping however would prevent me from buying again. In my business I do a lot of shipping and $34.00 to ship $22.00 worth of mechandise is over the top. I shipped crate 3000 miles weight 25 pounds for $34.00
