Excellent Customer Service. I had an issue that wasn't HomElectrical's fault. It was an issue with one of their suppliers who could provide the product as expected. The support Team resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Had problems with ordering on line. Called the company directly. Had a wonderful,kind, polite Britney answer the phone. She understood the issue I was having and placed the order for me. Had to pick up a few odds and ends for a commercial lighting project. The customer service was outstanding, I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews but they had what I needed at the price I needed it at. Brittany was extremely helpful and with in a few minutes we had everything I needed all sorted out. Was very pleased with how painless the process was, other vendors have been a nightmare to deal with. Highly recommend this vendor A++

After weeks of waiting for items that shipped with a tracking # that was NOT valid, many phone calls & promises of action & they would research this & call me back (never happened), they stated they will refund my purchase. How many phone calls will this take before a see a "promised" credit? AWFUL!

I recently bought Drycon gorilla nuts 4/23. This was my first time using HomElectrical and the last. I was notified on 5/4 that the shipping label was created. I tried this website thinking it may be a good alternative for my electrical needs. It took 10 business days to create a label and now they team me 3-5 more for shipping. On the website they fail to mention it takes them 2 weeks to create a shipping label, so really shipping takes almost a month. There are many other places to buy electrical equipment so I would suggest staying away from this site.

I put in a request for a warranty replacement 6 months ago for 5-year warranty lights that went bad after 2 years. I still haven't received my new fixtures. I've called over 20 times, and every time they promise to check on it and email me back. To this day I've never even received an email with an update as to the statues.It's $800 worth of lights I'm supposed to get exchanged, but at this point I think I'll have to eat that cost and just buy them from a different company.Definitely won't be back!

ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISKI will never order from this company again. Here's why: after putting in my order online on a Saturday, I noticed the address was an old address, since you can not change it on your own, I immediately emailed the customer service and left a message. Since Monday was a holiday I called 9am their time to update the address, the customer care team member said she was unable to change the address that she could go ahead and cancel my order. She never mentioned that she was requesting to cancel it, just that she would cancel it and I didn't need to do anything further. Well I received an email the following day stating my order has shipped out. So I called again and the cc told me that my cancel request wasn't put in until 430pm there time and it has already left the warehouse. That there was nothing they could do, that my package would be delivered to an address where i no longer was at. After they shipped 1 of 2 items out I had to go to this address in hopes that they would give me my package. Got my package, noticed that only 1 item was in their. When I called again to see where the other item was they told me ups was holding it and I needed to correct the address online, I was never notified by ups or the company that they were holding anything or even given a tracking number to find out on my own. well like the first time that was not an option, so emailed them back notifying them this was not an option to do so. They said they would not issue the return until I has both items to return at the same time. I requested that they issued a return for the item I had and that I would loose out on $15 just so I didn't have to deal with them anymore. They emailed me back stating that the address has been corrected and sent to the original wrong address I asked them to change. WWHAT?At this point I'm done, I again request the return, received email stating that they are charging me $13 for shipping and out of a $62 order, I'm receiving $24 back.What a joke, never again.ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK

Horrible website and awful customer care. Been waiting for order and they tell me even though it was in stock and added to my cart for purchase online they haven’t carried product in two years. Complete disaster caused delays for my project. No apology or offer to assist. The most bizarre is they try blame customer for their incompetence (ie manager Sylvie). Take some responsibility for your website failure and make it right. Awful stay away from this place. Incompetent scammers

Worst warranty!!! Had lights but didn't install for first 2 years, they had very little hours, compared to what claimed. The prorated warranty is a joke an customer service is a joke! Don't waist you time with this company

I placed my order at 9am.. I called at 1 to cancel and they said they would do that and I would get an email conf. The confirmation never came, I called back late in the day and they said it could take longer,I waited a day and called the next day and was assured by MIke that my order WAS cancelled and I would get a refund,Now at 5 pm the next day i get an email saying its not cancelled. It took them two days to tell me its not cancelled, but yet when i called yesterday they could not tell me that.

Good people..got my parts shipped as promised. Ups had a delay so that was a bummer.so they refunded the money I payed for 2nd delivery. Can't thank u enough.will be doing business again..great company
