Great service! They had to take 2 shirts off the mannequins high up on the wall cuz they were the only ones left in my size. They also helped my son find all the characters of POP he was looking for.

This is the BEST STORE especially if you want any alternative clothes or accessories. Goth, punk, emo, scene, cottage core, ANYTHING like that is sold here! Everyone there is so nice especially the staff. 5 stars, I would recommend going here!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️

I met Spencer and Dani at this location. (Sorry if I spell any of your guys names wrong) They were super cool and seemed like they were happy to talk to me which is always something you want when you need help. Dani helped me find 2 things to match with what I already got. Didn’t really expect to get anything, but one shirt made me think I wanted an outfit and I asked if they had any pastel skirts and Dani ended up finding one in the back for me a couple minutes later and suggested things that’d go well with it. I don’t really know anything about fashion so meeting Dani was awesome! Will come back! 😁

Well organized, new inventory, fantastic prices and sale/clearance items. Service is prompt and courteous. There are soo many tshirts to choose from and there is always an option to purchase online from a multitude of items, then pickup in store.

We come here all the time and love the staff. My daughter and I had a blast talking with the staff about Arcane, had assistance multiple times finding what we were looking for, helped my daughter, and they were just a joy to be around. Arden, Bee, and Finnley were wonderful. We’ll always come to Hot Topic every time we come to the mall.

This particular store will sell you items with marks/stains/flaws, and conveniently never notice them until you need to exchange/return. Bring someone with good eyes to help carefully examine your potential purchase. Or better yet, go somewhere else.

This location in particular is kinda small, and every time I stop by there’s not much. They always have more stuff for women, like any other store, but even so, the items available are not many. The guys working there are always cool and everything it’s just not the best location I’ve been to.
