I recently had a new roof installed on my house and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. After getting quotes from several companies over the past year, I was overwhelmed by the differing opinions and wide range of prices.
Wanting one final opinion before making a decision, Nate from Howe Roofing came out and he was easily the most professional and knowledgeable. His assessment made the most sense compared to the other five companies I had spoken with, and he provided the most reasonable price by far without feeling pressured or like he was trying to sell anything I would buy as it felt with all the others.
The installation process was smooth, and the crew was respectful and efficient. The roof looks great and I feel confident in the workmanship and quality.
I highly recommend Nate to anyone in need of roofing services, he is thorough and wants to provide an honest service which is hard to come by these days. I appreciate your exceptional service and will pass your contact along to anyone I know in need of your service!

This company installed the roof on my house when it was built in 2019 and unfortunately, they did a terrible job. There are multiple leaks and I've 3 other companies come out to take a look at the roof; 2 out of the 3 suggested that I replace the entire roof. News like that is terrible, but it's even worse on a house that's only 6 years old. The shingles are lifting, nails that were used have started to come loose, there's spacing around the pipe boots, all of this poor work is leading to leaks, water damage, and wood rot. I'm so disappointed.
Please note, this company also does not come out to do their own repairs. If there is something wrong with their work, they contract the work out to a sub contractor. Apparently, they only perform work on brand new builds, so you might not have a say in whether or not your builders or general contractors select them. If you do find that they've been selected for your new construction site, keep a close eye on your roofing for the year. They only warranty their work for a year; after that, you're on your own. I'm the second owner of my home. The first owner lived here for just one year, but even in looking at the photos from these roofers, they first owner did a lot of repairs to the roof, within the first year of it being installed. Use this company at your own expense.

I rarely post reviews online, but I felt compelled to let people know about my experience with Dustin and Juan. They were fantastic! Once I contacted Dustin, they arrived fast, communicated well, and wasted little time finding the exact problem. I had some shingles come loose from my roof ridgeline. They quickly fixed the exact problem with no upsell and charged a fair price. Honest and trustworthy. Hard to find that today when you need it. When it comes time for a new roof, I’m calling these guys.

Howe Roofs replaced the roof of a quadraplex in our condo community. All aspects of the work were more than satisfactory. Several residents commented to me on the efficiency and professionalism of the workers.

I was very surprised at how quickly I was able to get my roofing issue addressed. I wasn't sure about the warranty information or what was causing the leak in my house but Howe Roofs sent someone out within a day of me contacting them and the issue was resolved within thirty minutes. We recently moved to Atlanta and sought recommendations from friends for a roofing company. Howe Roofs was recommended, and during the initial inspection, we realized we had used Howe Roofs in Serenbe to repair a tricky flat condo roof. We were pleased then and immensely pleased now with our new roof and with the attention to details which made the whole procedure a pleasure.

I would most definitely stay away from this roofing company. The number of issues and leaks we had from their roofs in the last 6 years is very dissapointing. A brand new roof should not be having so many issues. Sub par workmanship. They did come and fix a huge leak in my living room but had to use a 3rd party for another 2 leaks in other areas of the house.
