I just opened a couple accounts just for the purpose to get rid of my big bank accounts and start a car loan. I was frustrated from having to DRIVE to the bank to get the answers I was told I would get via a phone call. On my lunch break.When I attempted to return the missed call from a banker at this location the silly voicemail system hung up on me less than 5 seconds into the voicemail I was recording. I barely got my name and my apologies out for missing her call.When arriving to the credit union, it was implied by the person I was speaking to that I was at fault for missing a phone call when the banker knew I would be at work.They called me to tell me extra details on my “pending loan” however, I was so frustrated that I barely got time to eat a lunch today and I was late back to work because they took forever at the CU asking me for “additional” information. I went to verify my loan status tonight, and they withdrew my approved loan. Do not bother with this place lack of respect!!

Go somewhere else! If you’re a victim of fraud they will make you pay yet won’t provide you with an actual proof of the debt collection for your records, will sit on your payments and not apply it, and won’t even put anything in writing while they investigate!

I’ve been with iTHINK when it was IBM and over 15 years ago when it was CMAR credit union. It seems more and more lately they have been going towards the BIG BANK style of banking. It’s harder to get a call back and when you do the language barrier causes issues. I also applied for a loan and never heard back for approval. I ended up calling several branches before I got a human on the phone and they told me it was denied without reason. After leaving multiple messages with the loan department I never heard back. Now I’m back today to pick up a check for another loan that was approved immediately. While here I asked to use the restroom. I was told me the bathrooms are closed to customers. Really, I can’t wash my hands before extracting with other people. Doesn’t seem too COVID safe to me.

We were looking into opening a savings account for our kids.Desiree and management kept on pushing my husband to get an account when he wanted to shop around for others. Then when he was sitting in his car in the parking lot on his phone they called the police and said that he was stalking and a fraud. Which my husband never gave them any information and he scheduled an appointment to be there. Never will we go there again. Will call corporate thank you ?

After almost 13 yrs of having an accounts (bank, credit and auto loan all active at the time I last checked) with the now iTHINK after the 3rd name since I have been with them. So they sent me a new credit card with their new name on it. I tried to activate the card and it wouldn't work. So I called the # on the card. The lady told me, I am a risk and they closed the card. I said well the card still shows active on my phone app. She said that's because you still owe on the card. I looked at the app thinking I must be crazy because last time I looked it showed $0 dollar balance. Sure enough, I was right it showed $0 owed. So I drove to the bank thinking someone is scamming me. The lady at the bank looked at the card account and said it was closed due that a 3rd party company (company name unknown) said I am a risk. So they closed my credit card account based off that information and that the new card shouldn't have been sent to me. I told the lady I have 2 other cards with different companies and they are still active. The lady at the bank said provide me with a new pay check stub and I will submit a new credit card application. I said NO thanks! What if I needed this "new" card for an emergency and it didn't work because of a new "risk" problem or whatever excuse they come up with and I was left stranded.*** Response to your reply, Unfortunately no I longer wish to be apart of your financial institution. As you can see I have already started paying my car loan down. You can't treat people this way and expect them to come crawling back to you. The fact that, when I walked out of your branch rhat day and 30 mins later I get an alert on my credit account telling me that this account was closed. Tells me that your company is not trustworthy and cares even less about their customers. This has now negatively affected my credit when I had done nothing to deserve this kind of treatment. My card was paid with a zero balance and was never left unpaid or at risk. So I just want to pay my car loan off and be done with your bank.

Been a member for a couple of years. Never had an issue with them. Always had great customer service. I just moved out of state about 8 hours away. I made the drive to my location. It was a long drive but I was in a real pinch. Rachel the member service agent was great and helped me out with everything I needed. If I am in town and need help again I would definitely ask for her. Wonderful service.

After 11 years, I will be leaving IBM/iThink Financial. When I financed my vehicle through them, there were some forms missed on their part. They "attempted" to send me the form via mail for a year, but I never received it. I finally received the form via Certified mail and it stated that my vehicle loan interest rate was going to increase to 15% unless I turned in the form. I took the form to the local branch and of course when they withdrew the payment the next week, it was still at the 15% rate. I called and they stated that they had not received the form for my wife, which was never included in the Certified Mail package. So I took my wife to the local branch and submitted the form. I called to ask for my $600 over two months in interest back and they stated that they would not retro it back. I am pulling all of my accounts from iThink financial as soon as possible and they will lose more than $600 in interest. It is so unfortunate that I can't receive a refund for an insanely high interest rate. On top of that, I have submitted a Contact Form submission and requested a called from my local Branch Manager and couldn't even get someone to reach out to me. This Credit Union was, in the past, very personal but not any longer. Sorry that you have lost my business over something so small.... to you.

I had the most unbearable day that I have had in a while (car broke down/regular work problems). Then I had to go to the bank to try and get an auto loan. Words can not express how amazing the staff at this location are. Ana Rodriguez solved like 90% of my problems in just 30-45 mins. She went above and beyond with her customer service answering all of my questions without skipping a beat. I would recommend this location and bank to anyone without hesitation.

Love, love, love our credit union! They are very friendly, professional and helpful! We've been members since 1985 and we're thrilled when they opened in Kennesaw (many years ago now)! I always recommend doing your banking here.
