Truck needed a new battery. I got mine from out of state. Drove to the interstate battery store to get a replacement. The agent was coming back from in appointment and saw that I had one arm to use to put in the new one and stopped to help me out. Now that was nice and very good customer service from him. Thank you for that.

Jennifer was awesome to deal with! She made the whole battery exchange painless. A bad battery when you are extremely busy and have a tight schedule is frustrating, but I left with a smile on my face!! Give this woman a raise!!!

These guys rock, I'm a mechanic and I needed a battery at the last minute. I drove in and needed an extension to take my battery out, they lent one to me, I pulled the battery out , turned around and the guy was standing there with my new one to install, now that was team work and great customer service Thank You so much you're the best !!!????????

The store door gave a phone number to get the counter clerk's attention (Covid-19 precautions).The clerk came out to test my car battery. Nice fellow. The store didn't have the battery in stock I wanted and I didn't want a.cheapo model, so I went down the road.
