The staff at JCPenney is great, providing excellent customer service. One customer was able to have a few pairs of boots they purchased held for them to walk around more, and they had no issues picking everything up later. Another customer, Skylar in Returns, was praised for her friendly, patient, and efficient customer service, even working through her lunch break to complete the customer's returns. The linen department sales person, Helen, was also described as extremely helpful and patient as the customer made their decision.
I love shopping here but yall need to get this lady that’s ringing us out some help! She is about 100 years old working the register 7 days a week ! She barely speaks English and she is overwhelmed. There is a line out the door and she is moving at turtle speed.
