This was the worst expression I have had with any shop ever. I had been promised a 1 hour to 1 hour 30 turnaround time for an oil change. 2 hours and 50 minutes later, I finally got my car back. It is an oil change it should only take an hour or less. It is not that hard. I'm never going here again. This sucked. I recommend Nalley VW as I have never had any issues or too long of a time taken for simple repairs.

Went to Jim Ellis Volkswagen for some technical issues I was having with my 2023 VW Taos. Omar helped me get set up with Carplay. He was very nice, personable and explained to me the connection for Carplay in my vehicle. Thank you Omar for your help. 5 stars

I worked with Alana Escobedo my whole experience with Jim Ellis VW. I’ve been to multiple car dealerships before and have never been more disappointed in someone’s customer service. She only responds through text and even blocked my number at one point I had to call through another number. The mechanic there also left stains in my car and did not say anything to me about it, I figured it out myself when I got my car back. Horrible experience but I did get my car fixed for free through my warranty which was nice. I do not recommend this place but especially do not recommend working with Alana. I will leave pictures of the stains below that came from the mechanic.

I have had a couple of bad experiences with the service department at Jim Ellis in Kennesaw. I have owned a Volkswagen Beetle since I was able to drive but can no longer tolerate the poor customer service at Jim Ellis and will not be purchasing another Volkswagen. Alana was my service tech and would only communicate with me through texts. I also did not receive regular updates regarding a time frame for a part that was ordered. I called a couple of times but she was unavailable so I spoke with Chuck. Chuck was not helpful and very apathetic it's really sad that they don't even have the common courtesy to call and have an actual conversation with their customers and use the excuse that they are "so busy." The reason they are so busy is because their parts don't last and break down.

Kyle Davis was very polite and knowledgeable. My GTI needed some recall work performed on some internals in the gas tank. Procedure could have taken 3-4 hours and the service Team did it in about 2 hours. Awesome experience, with a comfortable and well-stocked waiting area. I highly recommend this location!

I had a fantastic experience buying a 2022 Tiguan R-Line from Jim Ellis Volkswagen. Jaron and Brent were both incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I'm thrilled with my new Tiguan R-Line and highly recommend this dealership!
