Service was great. Major improvements in service times. Had a 7am appointment for my maintenance and was back on the road by 8:30am. In the past the time was doubled. Waiting area was comfortable and tech kept me up to date on status of vehicle.

Guess if you don't have perfect credit or a lot of money to put down. Don't waste your time. Was told they treat all their customers like family and when told to find something I liked in the range of price I was able to do and I did and then no one got back to me until like 2 weeks later. By then I already had someone truly help me and got me in something really nice and low miles that has all the bells and whistles. Like thanks for the waste of time

Been on hold for service department for 49 MINUTES! Absolutely the worst Ford dealership I have ever dealt with in my 50 years. Henry Ford would have fired everyone in this dealership!!!
