Jon Allen is the worst agent I have ever had with State Farm. Do not choose this agent. 👎 His office is totally unprofessional and he’s always out of town. You’re paying for all his vacations and get no customer service at all. Try State Farm agent Ryan Young in Kennesaw. His rate is much better. I spoke to a client who said Ryan Young is great agent at State Farm 👍

I called to get a quote for insurance today. I was looking for a policy that would hold me over for 6 months to a year while awaiting open enrollment. They refused to give me a quote stating that it was a waste of time. I was served by another agent with no issue. For future reference, people buy insurance to suit their needs and not the needs of the insurance agent.
