What just happened was so disgusting and inappropriate, this man was trying to help my friend find her shoes and he was very helpful and kind and what looked to be the manger came up and started talking to him like he was a child right in front of us, it was so disgusting how she spoke to this poor man just trying to be helpful. It was extremely inappropriate to talk like that in front of customers and not even acknowledge us either. I don’t write reviews but that was honestly disgusting. I hope that man gets a new manager soon, no one deserves that.

Very great staff. They definitely know the store. Management should take notes. The staff had to do some interesting searching to find some shoes for us, but they did! Will go back for sure!

Terrible experience went in looking to buy shoes for the family. There were three ladies working the counter on Saturday night August 18th around 7:00 p.m. they never looked at us greeted us or acted like they cared. How in the world is this allowed? Is there no accountability or management? When I read the reviews of the store and location it appears consistent none of the workers do their job and at least talk to people. And then Journeys responds with the same boring responses and clearly doesn't take responsibility for its employees action STOP BUYING HERE SAVE YOURSELF FRUSTRATION AND BUY ONLINE OR SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Terrible experience when in there looking to buy several pair of New Balance shoes that were over $100 each I walked in and there were three teenage young adult African-American females working. Two were sitting down at the counter and one was eating having their own loud laughing conversations they never even looked at me in my 15 minutes there. Quite shocking and disappointing. Went a few doors down to a local competitor where I was greeted nicely assisted and ultimately purchased three pair of shoes at 120 each. Boo Journeys and who owner-operators and management for allowing this to happen. Actions like this or why spaces keep coming available at the mall and people keep going to online shopping disgusting experience.

i had been looking for adidas og sambas in a mens 9 and i talked to the nicest lady ever!! they had exactly what i needed after calling 100 stores to get the pair of shoes. i am definitely coming back!! thank you so much guys ?

Went into store to check out some van shoes. Like the price and wanted to see if they had the size I needed. Turned around and seen the employee on his phone and so I stood there waiting for him to get done. 5 minutes went by and he never once looked up or asked if I needed help. So I put the shoe up and walked out. Still was not recognized as I walked out. Went somewhere else and bought the shoe. Paid a little more but at least I got the help I needed

I bought a pair of black high top Chuck Taylors for my 8 year old granddaughter on ($64.99+tax) 02/23/23. She wore them to school twice before the metal eyelet of the shoelace cane loose. We took them back to Journeys Kidz in Town Center mall on 03/10/23 to exchange. We were greeted with a friendly manner until we explained our situation and then things took a bad turn. The sales asc. looked into the Journey's bag, did not even check the enclosed receipt at all to see the purchase date and immediately advised" I can't take these back, I cannot sell them". Huh? Why would you want to sell a visibly defective product to another customer? He then advised all returns must be in "new condition". I requested that he look at the date of the receipt and asked him how would we know that the eyelets would come loose on the sneaker if my granddaughter never wore then ,but just kept then sitting in the box? No answer! He handed me back the sneakers and advised me again that they had been worn. I attempted several times to remind him that their (journey's) written return policy on their website advised that they will take back DEFECTIVE merchandise within 30 days. Nope, didn't not budge.As we were leaving another Asc/mamager maybe, behind the cash register ringing up another customer, yelled out across the store at my back in a snide voice" have a nice day".I turned around and responded from the doorway where I was "that her interjection was not necessary". In my 20 some years of customer service career I have never purposely tried to antagonize a paying customer, even when the answer to their request was a no, because of my company's policy. I am writing this review and have contacted the Corporate customer service team and my credit card issuer to resolve this. Just a FYI to other shoppers. I do not have money to waste on a defective shoe that my granddaughter cannot wear. Buyer beware!

I special ordered a pair of shoes from this location and they delivered it to the wrong address. They obviously don't care about customer service at this location because they where very quick to pass me off. I won't be doing business here or with this company ever again.
