Horrible customer service and simple auto knowledge, got my girlfriends car towed here because it wouldn’t start at her work and asked them to check the fuel lines and the battery, they call me 2 days later saying the car started right up and was just out of fuel, before I had it dropped it off there was a quarter tank, they said it must’ve been on a hill and they charged me $140 after tax and I get it back home and it does the same thing as before. Come to find out it wasn’t the low gas, it was because my fuel lines were frozen and I know that because I sprayed some starter fluid into the air intake and it started right up. When I called the guy to pick my car up he told me he topped my oil off and was charging me a total of $140. I told him that price was dealership range and I thought it was unfair and he hung up on me, went ahead and paid and my car didn’t start the next day. Didn’t even bother taking it back here I diagnosed the car myself and I recommended you do the same if it’s something simple.

Mark has been nice to work with, however the quality of service has been poor. I’ve had 3 repairs done by K M, and every time I’ve had to return at least once because the service was done incorrectly… this last time resulting in being stuck on the side of the road for hours. The attention to detail in their work definitely needs to be improved.

Paid $1100 for CV axles. They didn’t reinstall the caliper bolts and the brake assembly fell off the car while driving. Taking my vehicle to another shop to make sure no damage was done. Save your money and avoid damage to your vehicle. These guys have other reviews stating the same kind of competency issues. Do not use this shop unless you have disposable income or just hate your vehicle. Shop rate is $120/hour which is on the higher side.

I would recommend this repair shop to anyone. Working with Mark was an awesome experience; he went out of his way to pick up a part for my car instead of waiting for it to be delivered later in the afternoon. Well you did it again Kent! Another fine job by K.M. Auto Care. I dropped off my car for an A/C recharge, belt issue, and oil change. In one day, the team had all issues taken care of and the car was back on the road again. I always have full faith and peace of mind knowing I am going to get great service, the right parts, and the work completed at a fair price at K.M.. These folks are great at their craft and are genuinely nice people who make it their objective to repair your vehicle in a timely manner. Thanks again Kent! The car is running like new!

We just got into town heading to Florida and lost our air conditioning. Called KM and talked to Kent and he said bring the van over and they checked it out and got us on the road. Would highly recommend. They were awesome.

Overquotes and under delivers.Quoted 5K for a used motor in my car. Took my car to C&P $2800 for a motor with less miles. Been doing business with C&P for years and haven't regretted it once!

Called at 8am to get my truck looked at for an oil pressure switch/sensor code, they were able to get it in right away and have it back to me early afternoon. They were also great with communicating price and not pressuring me into any additional repairs as well as confirming my suspicion that it was the switch and nothing else. Will definitely be back to use them for future repairs and maintenance. Great local and friendly shop that serves everyone who comes in.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my car into KM Auto Care because my A/C went out dead of the summer, July. My condenser had to be replace because it had a hole in it. ($1000) I took it back a few days later because it was not cooling like it should. Kent said they put more coolant in it. Two (2) days shy of my warranty expiring, my A/C stopped working again, so I took it back for them to look at it. Kent said they flushed it and added coolant in it. Less than a week later, my A/C stopped working again. This time I took it to someone else and they did a DYE test. Sure enough, my condenser was leaking, it had a hole. WHAT?? KM Auto just looked at it and said everything was fine. I pay another $1000 (a year later) for ANOTHER condenser. Did KM give me faulty parts? When the other auto place that replaced my condenser, they asked me what happened to my "air box silencer tube for the air filter box." It was missing. KM Auto did NOT put this back on my car. I never thought to look under the hood to see if all the parts to my car were there. I googled this part and it is NOT a small part...WHO FORGOTS TO PUT A PART LIKE THAT BACK ON and HOW??!!. When I took it back to have them look at the condenser while it was under warranty, I asked Kent about it and he told me that I didn't need it anyway. It doesn't effect how the car drives, just make sure NO WATER GETS IN THERE BECAUSE IT CAN DAMAGE YOUR MOTOR. WHAT THE WHAT???!!! Since they are the ones that forgot to put it back, Kent never asked me if I wanted him to replace the part and put it back on. Just told me I didn't need it. A few months later, I was washing my car, and noticed that the wheel fender around my tires where not put on correctly, they were not aligned and some of the snaps were not connected so it left a gab between the wheel fender and my car. When I went to pick my car up the first time, I asked Kent to replace my wipers, well, they forgot to turn my wipers off...and without the wiper blade on the bar, the metal bar scraped across my windshield leaving scratches on on my drivers side, they cleaned my windshield and told me it was fine. The scratches across my drivers side is pretty evident. This was my experience with KM Auto Care!! I will never use KM Auto again and I would never recommend them to anyone!
