Jason is honest, doesn’t push repairs unless necessary, and takes care of you if anything goes wrong. They’re very fair and we’ve been coming here for about 5 years. We’re driving our cars into the ground as much as possible, and Kennesaw Auto Tech is so helpful! Keeping them running as long as possible and very fair pricing. We had a part fail one time that they had installed, simply a faulty part - not poor installation, and they took care of it on the house no questions asked.

My Mom and Dad were moving from Florida back to Kentucky 2 months ago when all the check engine lights came on at midnight driving through Kennesaw.
They left the car at Auto Tech.
It’s good to know there are still honest folks around as I just received a call a call from my Mom that they had picked the car up today and we’re heading home.
Highlights:
Auto Tech stored their car for (2) months.
They drove it everyday to try to find what was wrong.
They didn’t find anything wrong with the car (prob messed up electric on an old car).
They didn’t charge my parents a dime for their trouble.
They were honest.
They were helpful.
They were kind.
If I ever come through Kennesaw, steaks and beer on me, and if you live near here and need work done…
I really can’t say enough about these guys, go here.

I recently called Kennesaw Auto Tech, hoping to get some information on work for my vehicle's mechanical braking systems. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to the poor customer service provided by the owner.
As someone who isn't very knowledgeable about mechanical braking systems, I had several questions and needed some basic explanations. However, the owner seemed impatient and dismissive right from the start. Rather than taking the time to explain things clearly and, he used a lot of technical jargon that only confused me further. When I asked for clarification, his responses were curt and unhelpful, making me feel like my questions were a nuisance. When I asked to speak with someone else in hopes they could provide more clarification, he refused.
Customer service is especially important when dealing with complex subjects, and it’s crucial for business owners to be patient and approachable. Unfortunately, this was not my experience at Kennesaw Auto Tech.
If you need some guidance and a friendly, helpful attitude, I would not recommend this place.

Kennesaw Auto Tech has always been extremely competent, more than fair, honest, and consistent over the years. It is very well managed and they understand how to take care of their customers. My experiences have always been positive & my opinion has not changed- best auto shop around.
